TripleClicks Gift Cards are indeed a great marketing tool and I am surprised that some affiliates said that you should give them to your CSA's and PSA's. YOU CAN NOT GIVE AN SFI AFFILIATE A GIFT CARD. (Go read all the information about TripleClicks Gift Cards).
I will also not leave these Gift Cards lying around as that will certainly be a waste of money in the long run....... Surely, as a successful SFI Affiliate you should be able to complete your Gift Card tracking report and by doing that, you should know who you gave these Gift Cards to.
