I like giving the cards to people that give me gift cards. If people give me real presents, I can attach a card along with my return gift to them. They also fit nicely in greeting card envelopes.
Leaving them laying around at the library, restaurants, and other places, people can randomly pick them up and see if there is anything on the card.
Laundromats, job boards, and bulletin boards in general are great places to leave a few along with a notice about having an available online business opportunity.
Unemployment and Disability offices are also great places to leave a few cards. Sometimes you can even get the social workers to hand out a few cards to people they think might benefit from them.
At work, if you don't feel like answering a lot of questions or dealing with insulting comments, then just leave a few around the lunchroom or even on somebody else's desk when they're not looking...
