When I am looking for guidance or answers I look for the people who can deliver what I need and who I can have confidence in their ability. When I look throughout this business, I see the badges beside people's names, and I begin to understand what they have done to achieve these badges and I can trust their guidance. As for my badges, how good is it to see them appear beside your name...speaks volumes really.
