that’s IF…they would all give themselves to SFI, as in being devoted and keeping motivated all the time.
Now, the big ? Team Leaders normally ask, revolving somewhere inside their minds, is…
“What am I gonna do? Some of my PSAs or CSAs do not even bother themselves to contribute atleast a
little as 5 minutes a day! It’s kinda normal reaction for Team Leader like us to react that way, knowing that
our SUCCESS is merely lying on them, how important they are to us is obviously known by us, but what they
do not know, is how important also we are to them, as we are a team, and a team stands for
“together everyone, achieves more”…(based on 1 of the template message greetings in Leadership Page).
Now, we have emphasized the problem, the importance of each other being a team, the great
impact if 1 letter in a team will be lost, and the realization of the possibilities that will come on our way
in our SFI career. As I have said awhile ago, despite of a big number of affiliates you have on your generation,
will be an empty investment if some or most of them had just been carried away of the trend in signing ups
without the built-in desire prior to joining. They maybe inactive or silent for some time, but you as a Team Leader
MUST never give up to keep on pursuing them, until they have come to the point of seeing your perseverance
to guide them, until the bulb lights up on their minds that you’re not simply doing this to deceive people
to join your team, but how important the SFI business will do good for them, for their lives, that they are
important in a way of building up. Team will never be a team without “t, e, a, or m”.
But….the pursuance and perseverance of Team Leader is not unlimited…NOT UNLIMITED for those
affiliates who have been aged in silence, in inactivity…The most time a Team leader to try to do his/her
best effort to enlighten them, one month as the longest. That one month is enough for an affiliate to realize
the goodness of a lifetime SFI is presenting to them. I guess they’ve may be other plans for their future, and
it’s time for the Team Leader to let go of them…move on and spend your worthy time to others waiting
and persisting to raise their status in life. Build your team again, replace the lost “t, e, a, m”……. with
T…E…A… M - thus making it a bigger, bolder TEAM.
