I would say to never really give up on them. But instead concentrate on the people who want to work the business right now. Send a weekly team message to all of them once a week or 2 weeks, encouraging them to take the first steps and start earning VP from the free actions on the to-do-list. Then once you see them accululating a couple of points, send them some tips on how to ramp it up a little. (But definitely "Do Not BE Pushy" or they may opt out. If you are not getting any feedback from them at all, try sending them an email to their computer. There is a good chance they are not even logging in to their affiliate site, so they won't see the team emails. You can see if they have logged in recently right on their affiliate profile. Include the link to the SFI site in your email. They may have even forgotten that they signed up. I hope this answers your question.
Just be patient it may not be good timing for them. I signed up on my way out the door to go to a christmas event and I didn't do anything with this for 2 or 3 days. But once I logged back in when I had time, I saw the value in SFI and have been earning points everyday since then.
