The best way to set up automatic messages that go out to current and future affiliates is to use an autoresponder. Here's what you do:
1. Sign up for an autoresponder service like GetResponse.
2. Write a series of informative messages that will last for a period of time. It can be up to 6 mos at a time. Some autoresponders may allow for longer periods of time.
3. Set up you autoresponder so that when you get a new affiliate they subscribe to your autoresponder service, ie. a newsletter.
Once you have this set up, every affiliate to subscribes to your newsletter will recieve your messages in a preset interval that you determine. This is the way to build a huge active downline.
