This question may have multiple answers according to the status of affiliates.
For freshers or newbie goal's are different , for not so new one's like me ,goal's will differ and for elder affiliates ,goal's will differ again.
I rather start with freshers:-
The goal for freshers for the first two months should only be to focus on understanding the whole plan and alongside whatever commissions they make is like a bonus.Recruiting new peoples daily and achieving and retaining EA status month after month should be there ultimate goal , and once they have built a good team under there leadership ,then the should try to achieve team leader status.
For not so new one's or intermediate members like myself:-
As we have more or less understood SFI plan properly and now we have a good no. of affiliates in our team. Our focus slowly should shift to refer few good PRM's and ECA Stores,so that we can add a handsome amount to our monthly commissions. But we can't ignore our PSA's at all as they all are relatively new to SFI and need our guidance at all time. It's a double job for people like us , but our goal for the year must be to strengthen our base for rest of the life.Our work at this point of time will determine how much successful we can be ,after few years.
Finally ,Elderly or Established members:-
I assume they all have established them self here and even there team members have become self dependent.So there workload is now much less comparing to other members.
And with due respect to all of them, I think ,now they are in a position to guide whole community of SFI and strengthen SFI. And this may be a good goal to shoot for in SFI ,not only for this year but for years to come.
