What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

I would say that once a week you can send a group e-mail reminding your PSAs and CSAs of the latest news in the SFI or new contests, if any.
Once you get a new sign-up you should contact them immediately in order to give them instructions on how to collect 500 VP in first 24 hours and receive a FastTrack Badge.
Afterwards you can send them a series of e-mails explaining the basic start up actions – how and why to become an EA, what is the purpose of duplication, details about compensation plan, etc.
I don’t think that it is necessary to send an e-mail more than once a week, however, in your Genealogy you can see if any of your affiliates is in the need of any help so you can contact them individually even more often.
From my experience with my sponsor I can say that there are times when we communicate on a daily basis, and again there are times when I do not need anything so I receive only team mails once a week. As I am totally satisfied with my sponsor I tend to duplicate what he does!
Hope this helps!

When I am fully self-employed with SFI, and someone asks what I do for a living, what do I tell them?

Hi!
It's a good question and made me think about it for a while.
I would say that I am in marketing business with an online company that's been active for over 15 years now and that I am my own boss as I earn depending on the amount of work I do. It's like working on piece work contract, except I can't get fired unless I decide to quit!
Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

Hi!
I thought about buying PSAs more than once, but in the end I decided that I would be better off writing my own adds and attracting the kind of PSAs that I want. It's not that every affiliate you get in this way will be active but I think that chances are much higher.
Besides, there is a topic on this matter on our forum under the heading Let's talk about PSAs for sale - https://www.sfimg.com/forum?/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=38614. Perhaps this will be of some help to you!
Good luck with building your team!
