Importance of team building . Importance of team building should be the topic to discuss with your team. We should always focus on long term benefits keeping in mind the theam of SFI which is based on residual income.This can only be achieved by team building. Try to grow your team and make every member do the same. Each of them will be benefited by this as every one is growing there team and at the same time your own team is also growing.

Creating duplication is the key to success at SFI.
For achieving success, we have to duplicate ourself by recruating PSA and teach them exectly whatever we do .
If each of us can make such 5 psa, and teach them to do the same, our earnings will have no limit.we can make a huge earning just by duplicating our self.
