Great! SFI is for those looking to get a second income.

We all need a plan for retirement, or something which provides a little extra for those bills we don't expect.

It's like another Ebay, but only costs you $0.29 to list an item until it sells, but then it is more than that. There's a whole online community where you can ask questions and make friends.

Know your target market.
Know what they want, what they want to achieve, what their motivations are.
Think like how they think.
"Walk in their shoes" so to speak.
Go to where they meet.

If it is ECAs you are targeting. Have you tried your local craft market? Ask if anyone wants to market their craft items online and be seen by millions of people.
I'd imagine they would jump at the chance.

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

Get connected with them on Skype. Skype is free to set up, and free to make audio and video calls. You can also send instant messages and record a short video message.
Whenever you get a chance send them a short instant message on skype, and even if they aren't online, they will receive it when they are online.
