As gleaned from SFI archives, basically, E-Cards program is a program for sending full-color digital postcards to friends and family. SFI provides many designs to choose from. There are cards promoting the SFI business opportunity and there are cards promoting various SFI products. After choosing a design, you can then add your own personal message. It will also automatically insert a link to the appropriate SFI Gateway Website (so that you are credited with the referrals). Once you click “send”, your postcard gets sent to anyone of your choice. They are very cheap and highly cost-effective because they are FREE to use. You get to spend no money that is.

The other major benefit of using E-Cards also means that SFI will do the "heavy lifting" (the selling) for you. There's no need to know every little detail about SFI or the product you're letting your recipients know about. Simply choose a card, add a short friendly little message, and send it. The full-color card and the Gateway URL included with it can take it from there! Selling can’t get any better than that particularly for marketers who are too shy to meet people one-on-one.
With E-cards, your new affiliates can get started immediately promoting their business for free. They need only grab the e-mail addresses of their "warm market" and start sending out E-Cards.

In SFI business, everyone is in someone else’s Movers list. That is shat the Movers Tab shows to your sponsor constantly. Any member of the downline who has not earned a single VP for about 7 days automatically drops off the Movers list. In a nutshell therefore, the Movers list tells every sponsor at a glance which members of her downline, (both PSAs and CSAs) are active in the business at any point in time.

Having noted the above, it is easy to deduce that you can maximize your SFI business using MY MOVERS Tab in the following ways:

1. The tab at a glance excludes inactive affiliates which you need to work more on to get them active.

2. It lets you know the pace of progress from even the active affiliates listed and you can device ways to help them move better.

Group mailings through the Mailer always go to everyone down the line in your downline, be they PSAs or CSAs or to the two groups separately depending on who you want to communicate with. You would not want to send a message meant for an individual to so many people. Would you? That is why group mailings can not serve the purpose of welcoming new PSAs. It may even look ridiculous to keep sending welcome letters to PSAs you have welcomed before.

Individual letters to new PSAs always give the “personal touch” which is very effective in putting new PSAs at ease. One of the biggest cravings of the human species is to be recognized. That is exactly what individual welcome letters manage to do to new PSAs. That is why they are very worthwhile to use and very effective too.

Like I usually say in circumstances as this, follow the rules. Just follow the rules and do what SFI advises all ECAs to do and you will neither have problems nor have any issues with ethical matters. There is nothing you do in SFI that is not guided by strict enforceable rules. Promote your business where SFI allows you to and desist from doing so where you are not allowed to.

The following tips can be of help.

1)Design your TConnect page very well and get connected to as many affiliates and ECAs as you can then display all your products in the page.

2)Send regular mails about your products to all affiliates in your downline through SFI Mailer letting them know the benefits of your products to their own business.

3)Develop your Leadership Page and refer your downline to the products you recommend (mostly your products) as listed therein.

4)Advertise your TConnect page in the signature feature of your e-mails using a brief but captivating message about the products.

5)Tactically use social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, g+ and many others to advertise your products to your friends and other people/groups you are connected with.

6)Promote your ECA Gateway regularly in places of maximum exposure to your affiliates and potential affiliates.

7)Connect with A2A friends and make regular stream posts about your ECA making the posts appear as news while carefully avoiding outright advertising which SFI does not encourage in A2A.

8)Expertly use the blog section of your Leadership Page to regularly write about the benefits of your products and how other affiliates can use them to build their business.

If you are able to use these tips, I sincerely believe you can successfully promote your products to other affiliates without running foul of SFI rules while remaining ethical in the process.

Let me say straightaway that the best strategy to win the E365 championship is to get a real handle on your business and to remain “super active” every day, every single day no matter what. Just sign in every day and diligently attend to your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Read up and act on the various tips and leads and together with the tasks you do, you will remain in contention in the championship if you have not dropped out already. The trick is to be in contention till the end by remaining above the green line all through. If you are in contention till the end, that is when you are likely to win.
Bear in mind always that everyone in the championship wants to win and many always want to win very badly. That tells you that you too must redouble your efforts if you want to win.

Consider these tips which I believe can help you to win the championship.

1. Take “massive” action daily in your business by putting in as much time and resources as you can spare.

I am sure you will agree with me that no one likes to do business with a ghost. SFI affiliate accounts photos present affiliates to themselves as human beings and not ghosts. That is the major reason why SFI insists that the photos must be good and acceptable ones for business. The very reason SFI must approve them first before the photos are displayed in affiliates’ accounts. This is because you are the face of your business and people see you first before they know or even care about what you do. That is why it is very important to have a very good SFI account photo. What people see in a photo may even be the primary determinant of who they chose to do business with. SFI is a business, a real business, you know.

That brings us to the issue of what a good photo is or rather, what makes a good photo. I believe a good photo for SFI should have the following qualities:

1. It must be the affiliate’s image and not that of a celebrity, pet, animation, avatar or any other person’s.

2. It should not be too crowded in background as to contain other people and or distractions.

3. It should be a portrait that fits snugly into the placeholder provided and not a full size or family photo.

4. It should be very clear and very sharp with a friendly color background. It should not be fuzzy or blurry but must make the affiliate look friendly and pleasant enough to do business with.

5. It should show a direct look at the camera so as to appear as if the affiliate is looking everyone directly in their eyes.

6. It should be able to communicate professionalism and not a make-believe model appearance.

7. It should be good looking and clear enough for your PSAs and CSAs to see and relate with.

8. It should not be too casual so as not to make the affiliate seem like a clown or an unserious person.
