Quality is an ATTRIBUTE. Quantity is related to "accumulation".

From the perspective of a merchant, we have to understand that your target marketing is continually focused on increasing the volume of leads (qty) Same with most AdWords agencies who strive to determine cost-per-customer-potential (CPL) and volume of potential customers and strive to exceed the established goals.
On the other hand, our need to recruit affiliates focuses on these potential customers to achieve the affiliation request. As more potential customers, more recruitment.
However I believe that the concepts of quality and quantity should not be taken into account separately. No we do not have quality if before quantity. This should be taken into account as a main rule.
Our job will be to find that quality in a large number of affiliates, while more are better. So as we make our task of leadership we can be converting that amount of members in some of our more qualified PSA's of our team.
That is for me the only way to shift from quantity to quality.
