Good question What should Affiliates do if their sponsor is non-responsive? I was fortunate to have very good sponsors and co-sponsors even team leaders in the upline.

My answer is do what an Affiliate should be doing daily in their daily task.
And learn from the non-responsive sponsor and do the opposite of what he or she is doing become a good sponsor yourself. How the Affiliate feels now should teach the Affiliate how your downline will feel when you become the sponsor and are non-responsive. There is a lesson to be learnt here.
However the Affiliate is here to build his or her business, success does not depend on the sponsor but on the Affiliate him/herself.
SFI has all the tools for the Affiliates to learn from so read, study and understand all training materials. SFI has also made provision at the help center where most information to your questions could be found. And even if there you do not find answers then send a ticket with your questions.
And you can also get information from the forum,ASK SC, and the Affiliates may also contact any of their upline even go to Ask Gery there is so much information and tools provided for the Affiliates to build his or her business. And remember Rome was not built in one day likewise you can not build your business in one day it needs commitment, dedication and sacrifice of your precious time.

There are many reasons the sponsor may not respond - difference in language, lack of communication skills, maybe not understanding the procedure themselves or many other reasons. The best thing is that the Affiliates should not judge and point fingers but do what is required of him or her to be successful.

Encourage your upline same way we encourage our downline, and other team members.

Send a weekly team message to team, send a weekly message to all sponsors.

Send a message with monthly rating encouraging team messages sent once per week from them, encourage more communications.

Visit their leadership pages, and write using the contact information there.

Be sure to write on the top of their messages "For free translations, visit: http://www.bing.com/translator " The issue may not be that they are not receiving messages, but that there may be a communication issue caused by language barriors, as SFI is an international company.

If you are still not able to reach your sponsor, try reaching out to co-sponsors, or other members of your team...such as the sponsor of your sponsor.

You may additionally request the support team try to reach your sponsor for you. The contact information may be more current than the out-dated information you are seeing at their leadership pages, or listed to send messages to.

First, understand that just as we cannot force you to do anything, we can’t force your sponsor (or co-sponsor) either. All of our affiliates are independent sales representatives, not employees. All we can do is provide the maximum financial incentives for being a supportive sponsor and provide training so that everyone knows how important it is to support their sponsored affiliates. We of course do both of these things. Beyond that, it’s up to them.


That said, please don’t put more emphasis on this than it deserves. And, whatever you do, don’t feel that your sponsor is holding you back. For more on this, read the following article. It will give you some valuable insights.

Hopefully, your sponsor will become more active instead of attempting to find another replacement.

Until, you are able to encourage more activity from the current sponsor...there are many other sponsors you may develope a relationship with, even if you are not on their team...many of the team leaders I know practice good team leadership and help SFI grow as a whole by supporting their entire community of SFI team members.

You may find team leaders at the forums, at a2a by becoming their friends, by reaching out to co-sponsor, and other members of your team, until your sponsor was to become more active.

Your success does not entirely depend on your sponsor's response, either.

In fact you are actually learning so much from their lack of response, at the moment...you are learning how not to be a good team leader, and sponsor...so, you are learning on your own through LaunchPad, asking someone else for answers and advise, instead of your sponsor, learning to be more resourceful than your sponsor is. If your sponsor was to surprize you by responding, you would probably have learned all the answers to your own research and from the more responsive team leaders of your team, as well as in your SFI community. Then, you may even have more knowledge than your non-responsive sponsor has. Then you can start to build your own strong team regardless if your sponsor ever responds or not.

Eventually, you may even lose your current sponsor, if they fail to log-in to their account, fail to upkeep their leadership rank on their own, due to inactivity. But, until they either become active, or become inactive for about a year...you can succeed by becoming a better, more active sponsor and good team leader through your own efforts, and seek out more active leaders to follow, regardless if they are on your team or part of your community of SFI team members from other teams...we all share a common goal...so reach out to active sponsors, since the one on your team is in-active, currently.

It's aptly applicable in case of SFI affiliates. We all have met with some non-responding PSA's, CSA's, Sponsors and Co-sponsors in this business. We will be miserably fail in our business if it's not SFI. Because, our growth is directly linked to our team efforts. Without total understanding, teamwork, dedication, effort, communications between up lines and down lines any other similar programs fail for sure. But not SFI!

We have a strong foundation and a well planned infrastructure for each affiliates to become successful. We have in place almost all training materials, references, sample ads, banners, stationery, publicity materials, help and support and even ready-to-use email samples. SFI is a global opportunity and the founders of this wonderful model of business creates equal opportunities for people from all walks of life. This is an issue which concerns many of us new in SFI and it needs to be addressed in a practical manner. I have faced this situation soon after signing up for SFI. It did not bother me at first, but when I needed some guidance, my sponsor was unresponsive. Now the problem was a bit delicate because the sponsor was well known to me in my professional career.When I confronted him with the problem, he excused himself saying that he was not very active on SFI.

So I asked for a change of sponsor and was told that I have to wait for 6 months.I did wait and got another sponsor allotted but the situation did not improve very much.Then I started finding answers on my own. Self-help is the best help, may be, still it is better to have a "friend, guide and philosopher".It was at this time I got assigned to a new co-sponsor. He was the one that doctor ordered ! He was very encouraging, motivating, guiding and enlightening.I now consider him as my "Guru" and hardly ever bother about my sponsor.

If you are unlucky to have an indifferent or nonresponsive sponsor AND co-sponsor... and it can very well happen in the SFI set-up...then you are on your own, my friend. But don't worry, the SFI is one terrific system ; you can practically manage on your own. It has so many avenues for you to consult with seniors beyond your upline and so many menus to access to find solutions.

I don't know who are these people behind SFI ops, but they are absolutely great ! I am very grateful to them.

Support is all around you, all you have to do is research or reach-out to another avenue.

It is not up to our sponsor for our own success, it is up to each and everyone of us to DO whatever it takes, for us to succeed in our own businesses.

There are many several different reasons why a sponsor is non-responsive.

Some could be: they just started themselves and are just learning, they are no longer active themselves with SFI, they might not be interested in helping anyone else, they had to stop working their business for some personal reasons, the list can go on and on and on. Who knows?

The main thing is, for one to realize that this is his/her's own business and it is up to them to work their business and that there is always support available, so anyone does not ever have to feel like they are stuck with no where to go for help.

I have been very lucky in that I have a very responsive sponsor as well as co-sponsor.

In the case that one's sponsor is non-responsive, the first thing to do would be to gear up to be self reliant. This is not a difficult task with the quality of the training program that SFI brings to you.

SFI has many avenues that help out an affiliate.

I have learnt a lot from the following:

- The free training provided, especially the LaunchPad lessons.

- The Forum, where members come together to assist you very generously.

- The ASK SC question/answer sessions that give a lot of insight to the business and what you can do to make progress.

- My A2A friends, who provide a lot of inspiration and motivation when the going gets tough.

I would also look at this as a yardstick to measure myself when I start building my team and try to be a sponsor I would have wanted but never had.

So, in my opinion, having a non-responsive sponsor should, in no way, hinder your progress with SFI!

In some cases they even do not log in to their SFI account. But I would like to ask You why you need sponsor’s help?


You have the following channels opened for you to get help

3. Your Co Sponsor & other upline members.


But my suggestion to you is please do not depend on any one. Be “Self reliant”
(a) Get Started in your SFI Business. Read every thing given there.
(b) Read SFI Basics and read all the links given on this page
(c) Read Launch Pad Carefully to understand what the SFI is all about.
(d) Read SFI Rules. Follow them & you need no one to guide you.
(e) Log in daily, complete your daily, weekly and monthly tasks on To-do-List
(f) Set up a Standing Order by becoming a member of IAHBE. IAHBE gives to all the tools, books, soft wares & other information to run your business efficiently.
(g) Read the lessons given on “Internet Income” on your SFI Page.
(h) After going through these many activities, you won’t search the help of your sponsor, but on the other hand, guiding your PSAs and CSAs like you can never imagine.
(j) Finally advertise your SFI & TripleClicks gateway regularly on Traffic Exchanges, Safelists, Social Media etc

Responsive and supportive Sponsor is an added advantage in SFI business ,but relying too much on your sponsor is no good.

Your success depends on your own activity . Just focus on your goals and no hurdles can ever stop you from achieving your goals .

Yes ,we all need timely support and guidance ,but for that SFI provides us with all round support with all the training materials ,Upline Team Leaders ,24 hours support desk ,Ask SC and above all FORUM ,where any one can get intent advice from top leaders of SFI.

Mind you ,I am amongst those affiliates whose sponsor never responded to his mails ,never posted a stream post nor a team mail . Still you will see me as a new Platinum TL at the end of this month.

I'm fortunate, all of my up-line has been very supportive starting with my sponsor.
I am not a computer tech at all and I had a terrible time when I decided to get my own website! My sponsor actually walked me through it step by step and corrected some things for me.

You really don't need a sponsor. There are so many good affiliates on Ask SC, Forum and a2a friends that are willing to answer any questions you have.
You are given all the tools and answers on the SFI website, so with the support of everyone, you can become a success.

Things that should be done if a sponsors non responsive :

1. Contact the Co Sponsors
What to do if a sponsor non-responsive is to contact the co sponsors.
Co sponsors is an affiliate who got the mandate from SFI to assist sponsors in guiding new affiliate and supersedes duties of guide if unable to sponsor or non responsive. Co sponsorship is the most interested party in the achievement of a successful affiliate. Co sponsors will get a commission if affiliate does business activity in SFI.


2. Contact your Upline
The other party who can be contacted if a sponsor non-responsive is upline.
Upline is very interested parties will progress new affiliates. Upline will earn matching points if the team leader status and affiliation status of EA or above in the second month.

3. Join in the forum
Another alternative that can be done if the sponsors of the non-responsive was joined at the forum.

A question on a forum can get some answers and can ask for an explanation from the attendant if it does not understand the answer.

4. Learning materials on ASK SC
Things that can be done if a non responsive sponsor is learning the material in ASK SC.
In ASK SC there is a question of an affiliate and get a response from some of the affiliate. Answers from some of the affiliate is the best answer choice are all members of the SFI.
There is a lot of material a question in the ASK SC, with a variety of questions from various categories.

5. Join in A2A
Other steps that can be done if the sponsors of the non-responsive was merged with A2A. Affiliates can ask other affiliates who becomes his friend. The affiliate should first establish good relationships with her friends. After the entwined good relationships, affiliates can get help on his friends to answer questions from the affiliate. In asking questions please choose friends who are already experienced, so it is potentially able to answer the questions asked.

6. Self-study
Also important are measures that can be done if a non-responsive is the sponsor of self-study. A lot of the material that has been provided by SFI. .
Click the Tab "Launchpad" for also got 30 lessons and click the tab of the SFI Foundation to get basic lessons from SFI.
Affiliates can also learn tips from SFI affiliates, and all of the buttons that are on the top of the page in the SFI Afíliate Center : Hot Spots, Income, Marketing, Reference, Training, Power Tools, Leaders, Misc, Support, MyAcct.


Such things can be done if the sponsor is a non responsive.
