I'm assuming that we are talking about SFI affiliates. Of course, they may also be E-Commerce affiliates, TripleClicks affiliates (bidding at Pricebenders and buying and selling products), a Wave3 member, and IAHBE monthly subscriber.
Personally I use all forms of advertising and even purchase affiliates and/or bid on them at our penny auction. Their are free posters that you can print off for free, SFI, TC, and Wave3 cards, postcards, and gift cards.
There are two main ways to get affiliates to take SFI seriously:
1- After sponsoring an affiliate, send weekly messages to the whole team, get knowledgeable yourself or pass on information from your Co-Sponsor, Sponsor, Upline Sponsors, a2a friends and the forum.
Observe your workers VP ledger and offer help and advice one-on-one. Answer questions for any of your downline as soon as possible and on an individual basis. Offer contests, give motivation, recognition, and reassignments.
2- Sponsor pre-qualified affiliates. Go out into the community and talk to people for all the programs within SFI, including TripleClicks (Pricebender Auction, buy and sell, E-Commerce Affiliates), Wave3, IAHBE, and so on. Some small local businesses or online businesses may like a monthly subscription to IAHBE, or sell their products on our TC Store that has a huge market all around the world, but also local.
Another way to get pre-qualified affiliates is to purchase a mine website at your TripleClicks Store. You can get one made for you and hosted for you for under $6.00 USD. I bought 3 for the price of one and gifted them to my best affiliates. It was a nice way to say thank you and Merry Christmas.
Advertise for a business partner and list the skills required. You'll find people often even send you their resumes. Don't offer false hopes though. Make it clear that this is not a paid job. Offer it to young people, retirees, stay-at-home moms or dads, anyone who needs extra income on the side on a long-term basis.
