As a worker, what kind of leader
would you like to follow? Of course, a good leader is responsible, he knows his job,works on it every day, takes care of his workers. He is always there to give advice, to give support and help his workers to correct mistakes. He is open for suggestions, he recommends furher actions, he is kind and tolerant. He finds enough time to answer the questions, to congratulate for good achievements, he works with his workers. He always tries to help, if he cannot help,he is looking for someone who can. He is creative,innovative, he is trying new possibilities for improving his business all the time. Of course,this would be a perfect team leader and we are doing our best :)

2.Stay as an Executive Affiliate on your 2nd month, to be an EA2
3.Transfer-buy as many Items in your own SFI/TripleClick Store, that you are currently buying from outside SFI
4.Immediately recruit as fast and as many affiliates and ECA’s as your budget, time and skills allow. Use S-builder Co-op or any ECA Co-ops.
5.Use the SFI eMailer tool to send out email broadcasts to your PSA’s and CSA’s at least once a week. Use regular email too.
6.Decide to become a Perennial Team Leader, on your third month in SFI, or sooner. Be a BTL, STL, GTL and PTL as fast as you can.

Interesting question, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?
There is nothing expected of you in anything that you do with your business or becoming a team leader.
It is all about what you want to do to becoming a team leader that is only expected by you.

Maybe I will sound strange, but SFI is primarily not about team leadership. If it were, it would not differ from any offline MLM, which are even worse to participate in than in "regular company". I tell this as an ex-banker where I really used to be a Manager Team Leader and know how teams work in such semi-military organizations.
I hear so many times "your should lead by example", but that is simply impossible here, as SFI offers very wide variety of plausible solutions for members in almost any situation. Your example may be useless for majority of your team.
Instead of that you should just build your own business and the best way of this might be trying to touch the strings of the members of your downline by variety of tips and ways of motivation. All of these should be applicable in certain circumstances. Sooner or later you will make a hit and get a really active PSA/CSA. Another approach would bring you another active downline member, maybe when you even do not expect it.
So, I think SFI is rather about individual patronage and self-development.

That is interesting question.
I think that you must triple your efforts, when you become
a team leader. Simple becouse of your own affiliates,
who looks upon you. Lead by example. So often used sentence,
but so true and valid. If your affiliates, and your whole team
see your efforts, they will do the same.
Simple as that.
That means you should continue to work with your workers,
but also to do your best to progress at your business.

As I have thought the answer to your question before you even asked it here, I discerned that I need to have emulatable examples with evidence of achievements, which I discovered that such could be reflected best by my earned badges.
Now I am still doing it and refer often to the badges page under the reference menu of my SFI AFFILIATE CENTER menu bar, in order to be updated what should I still need to do more to be able to set best examples to my sponsored affiliates. Setting example is the very foundation of duplication in order to produce more leaders so that you could say that you are a very good leader of leaders.
Remember that the best king is the king of kings. I am taking myself in advance to become a leader of my leaders and that is exactly the requirement of becoming a Platinum Team Leader here in SFI.

You must carry out the same positive vibe or leadership that your Team Leaders teached you, also look up to other team's Team Leaders, try make friends with them in A2A, another qualities of a Team Leader is having a goal in SFI, do not let any negativity impact you to give up, keep up to date with your team mates regularly, take the first action step to at least qualify as a Bronze Team Leader, so your team mates will also carry out this duplication, garuantees your success. :)
The expectations once you become a team leader are quite high, especially the further up the ladder you go. Once you become; however, a BTL (Bronze Team Leader), the "fun" time begins.
It is no longer just about qualifying, now you really have to "do" something. This business will NOT just coast by, once you get to the Team Leader status. You are mainly expected to "lead" your team.
By leading, I am referring to constantly providing leadership resources to your affiliates. Team Leader status means that you MUST communicate with your team.
