There are many rewards that come with being a team leader, but that you need to be there for your team, to help them see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I have been reading answers to your question so far. Everybody is right. Definition of leadership states that a person who has a vision in his mind and he helps develop the same vision in the mind of his people and takes the group towards their goals. You cannot expect to succeed if the people in your team are not working their goals.

Now you have to watch out what your team expect from you. In my opinion you should update your leadership page status on a regular basis. You should hold contests because whatever anybody says prizes are the best source of motivation. Their will be some members who will never become active whatever you do. Learn the art of let go. Keep asking questions from your sponsor. And whenever you send mails to your downline try to be as professional as possible. Avoid grammatical or spelling mistakes, these are things that i have learned since i have joined SFI. Thank you.

Hello this is a very wonderful question . Beside the requirements to qualify, like following the SFI BASIC ,doing the daily task witch is we have free 11 VP to collect

In our TO- DO List, the weekly message for the affiliate support ,to review our TConnect, our monthly goals , rating for sponsor, generating the TC sales , and having the badges witch are locate at the left portion of your home page.

For any works any ones must need a great leader that knows how to guide and manage for his/her group .

A leader has the ability to explain what work to be needed for a new worker, A leader must be approachable. A leader has a PR not act like a bossy one.

A good team leader is the foundation of the company that they are working for, they must know how to take good care of the company and teach your group too. Show your group small/big that you are the great example to be follow.

Hi, The expectations of a Team Leader is exactly what it says, "Lead Your Team". Lead by example. When your team sees that you take SFI seriously they will be more willing to follow you. Read and Learn anything & everything you can about SFI and Marketing in general and pass your knowledge on to your team. Do everything you can to assist your team in building their business. When you find something in SFI or online that you feel will benefit your down line send it to them. Be honest, and it will build trust. if a team member asks you a question that you don't know the answer to, tell him/ her that you're not sure of the answer but your would be happy to find it for them. Once they have the answer/s to their question/s and it makes since to him/her they will be more likely to listen to your suggestions and follow your Lead.

This is a good question.

First, remember that you need to gain more action VP (VP from anything other than sales or purchases) to reach all of the Team Leader levels. The second thing you must remember is that these VP come from your completion of tasks and from the achievements of your personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs).

By being an encouragement to your affiliates and showing them, by your actions and your badges that you are achieving those ranks, you are becoming a good Team Leader. Keeping the lines of communication open and teaching your affiliates how to duplicate your efforts is the key. Congratulating them on achievements, however small, is a real booster. Remember, don't despise the day of small things.

First of all, we need to ensure that we all understand what it takes to become a team leader. For us to qualify as a team leader, we must have at least 3000 versa points (1500/2000 sales point and 1500/1000 action points) to become a bronze team leader, silver team leader is 4000 versa points (2000 sales point and 2000 action points), Gold team leader is 5000 versa points (2000 sales and 3000 action points) and Platinum team leader 6000 versa point (2000 sales and 4000 action points).

For us to become a Team Leader we must do our daily tasks. For our daily tasks is 31 x11 = 341 (note for a 31 month, 30th month is 30 x 11 = 330 and a 28th day cycle is 28 x 11 = 308. Weekly tasks, stream post is 12 in a month, Looking at the t-connect page, 20 in a month and sending team mails 120 (12 + 20 + 120 = 152) and monthly tasks (send sponsor’s rating 10, setting up of monthly goals, 5, and setting up a standing order on triple clicks of 1500 and above 100. (100 + 10 + 5 = 115) adding it up (341 + 152 + 115 = 608). This figure is Action points. For us to get the balance, we should recruit Psa’s , sponsor and encourage them to be EA monthly. Them being EA gives you 100 versa points each. For example, you have at least 5 PSA that makes EA monthly, you get 500 versa points. Adding it to 608 (500 + 608 = 1108). Making sales up to 2000 will automatically make you a bronze team leader. Some get the balance action points for bidding on items. Each bid is 1vp. Some via the recruitment of ECA’s (100 versa points for each ECA that has listed their product on triple clicks.)

Also, as a team leader, you would be entitled to a share of the Triple-clicks Executive Pool (Bronze Team Leader) and also earn from your down liners (both PSA and CSA).

The key being a Team leader is the ability of one to build a formidable team of active Personal Sponsored Affiliates (PSA), teach them to duplicate what you are doing and watch as one’s business grows.

Tricky one!!

Everyone can work if there is money coming easy way but the one who works with dedication will have success. People are ready to spend money if they find they don't want to work hard but the fruit with hardwork is more tasty. SFI is the only place which provides easy money for the people who put their effort selflessly.
Besides your qualification to SFI, you should be a good team player and contributor for business. If you have scored many goals in the past but not able to score one in this match, your worthiness to this match is zero, it needs consistency.

Hardwork, patience, consistency, duplication and trustworthy are some positive actions which are enough to become successful.

You should always motivate your PSA because sometimes they feel not belong and they don't know where to start and what to do. When they ask something try to answer them directly as simple as you can, well you can give a link for information regarding about the question. You must be also an example to them to follow. And a Team leader posses honesty, confidence, understanding, creativity, positive attitude and willing to help and listen.

As the word implies 'LEADER', is to lead by example. You cannot convince me to invest in S-Builder when you yourself did not have the badge. What I believe is expected of every leader is to serve not to be serve and to be an example to what they preach

Be their servant and not them to serve you

If a leader posses these 2 qualities he/she will become an icon of leadership.
