Duplication in SFI is the most effective tool forfor getting quick success in SFI. You and all your PSA & CSAs need to focus on Duplication, and get the big benefits of Executive pool. Your scoreboard is broken down for you to use and see your progress weekly. Make sure you write down your Compensation. Check and see what you need to work on and set your goals to suceed in that area.
To build a successful business you need to Duplicate if you do not Duplicate you are doing exactly the opposite of what you should be doing to build a successful business.
You must keep a keen eye on your Down-line and Guide them. Teach them what you know and help them to duplicate. Check on them see if there is something that needs to be done for extra points or to gain more Versa Points. I have written to many of my down line PSA's and CSA showing them what they need to be completed to make EA2. This method of teaching is called Duplication.
Duplication is probably the most powerful tool available to each and every Sfi member, Regardless of Status they have (affiliate or a platinum team leader), All can benefit from Duplicating their Down line affiliates.
But Don't waste time on those who have become sceptics or pessimists. They will NOT work and not succeed in SFI or any other similar system, because They don't have the winner qualities. We have a saying you can lead a horse to water but you can not make them drink.
So remember that,
Your Down lines (PSA / CSA) success in Sfi means your success and you need them to Duplicate their team then by time you and your Down-line will have a successful business in Sfi.
Remember the Power of success on SFI is Duplication I do not know to stress this.. Think Positive and positive things will happen. If you do not want to advertise then buy S-builder or pro-profit co-op that will bring in a down line.

SFI is built on the concept of duplication!

Think about your business here with SFI:
What would happen if you recruited 10 people and never walked them through anything you know?
What would your commission check look like if your CSA's and PSA's did nothing?

This being said..do you really think you can succeed without your team working in the manner in which you and your upline are teaching? If they succeed because of your teachings then you win as well--a win-win situation. If they don't succeed especially because you are not teaching them, and you want to succeed then you might want to consider cloning yourself because you will have to work 10 times harder to make the profit you are looking for.

I think I would rather clone myself in others so to speak. Teach them and let their success work for you! It's not about how much they do or don't do, it's about how much you can do with them! Remember that not everyone will do something or even respond to your messages, but for those that do..teach them to be an appendage of you--reduce your work load!

To your success.. Remember if it's worth having, it's worth working for!

You can earn commissions by promoting ECA products, opening your own ECA Store, selling your unwanted items from home recruiting other ECA's etc.. But with all the ways of earning with SFI you still run into the limitation of how much you can personally do. There are only 24 hours in a day and you can only do so much. When you duplicate yourself you earn from the efforts of those new affiliates. Now you have more people doing the same work increasing your efforts for that same time period going as much as 12 levels deep and as wide as you can handle.
Let's think small here;
You duplicate yourself just 5 times, now you have 6 people doing what you are doing. Then those 5 do exactly as you taught them and find 5 people each to do the same thing. Now there are 31 people earning. That's you, the five you sponsored and the 25 they sponsored. See chart for example...

Level 1 You sponsor 5 new affiliates
Level 2 Each one of your level 1's sponsor 5 just like you did that is 25
Level 3 Each one of your level 2's sponsor 5 each for a total of 125
Level 4 Each one of your level 3's sponsor 5 each for a total of 625
Level 5 Each one of your level 4's sponsor 5 each for a total of 3125

That's just going 5 levels down it's easy to see how this grows and you didn't have to do all the work yourself. You can earn from up to 12 levels deep and that becomes some serious income. You earn while others earn too. All from duplication. This is why it is so important to consider when building your business. There are no rules saying you have to do this but it sure makes a lot of sense to do it.

The success of SFI business implies a marketing method of teamwork and duplication. You can not build a strong organization by yourself. Your team duplication depends on your willingness and ability to teach others how to teach and sponsor.

The reason why so many people fail in network marketing such as SFI is due to the lack of duplication strategies training and endurance.

Even if one would tend to believe that sales people would do a better job in SFI business, the reality is that for duplication to occur, you need someone who wants to build his organization deep and not wide and not relying on his own efforts. You must be able to duplicate yourself at least 3 levels deep.

You need to work with the people you sponsored to get them started properly by sponsoring somebody else who will learn to sponsor somebody else and continue the duplication in your business.

DUPLICATION! What a sweet word this is in the SFI context. This is a word that can be used synonymously with the phrase "ripple effect."

Duplication is important because it is the difference between making a bit of money versus making BIG MONEY and I think most of us would rather make big money in order to create the financial freedom we desire.

Here at SFI, by teaching others to be as hardworking as yourself and encouraging them to do the same to members of their downline creates the opportunity to receive matching Versa Points if you are a Team Leader. This supplements all the other ways you can earn here and the monetary value can be quite significant. Who wouldn't want that? It goes a long way towards that BIG MONEY goal we have right? It is like a tree that just keeps growing and showing new branches ever so often.

What is the core of SFI Affiliate Program? Most of us, as affiliates upon joining SFI, we are confused and need to be taught how SFI works. I learned from the Welcome message of my sponsor that I should begin at SFI BASICS. That’s how I started to understand the concept of SFI Affiliate Program. The ultra-simple 3-step plan, illustrates clearly the importance of Duplication.

Analyze your implementation of the SFI BASICS; are you achieving your daily, monthly and long-term goals? Would you want to duplicate your actions based on your experience by teaching them to your affiliates?

Importance of Duplication and How to Start:

You can start the process of Duplication by accumulating VersaPoints and generating sales at Tripleclicks, earning money with SFI and maintain EA2 status every month.

Invest in Sponsoring. Set a monthly goal of sponsoring affiliates; do this consistently. I have employed the method of investing back my monthly SFI commission in sponsoring, and giving incentives/rewards to my affiliates. So Sponsoring and Duplication go hand in hand.

Become a Team Leader and start building a team of affiliates, who are passionate in helping one another. Build a strong relationship within your team, by showing your unconditional support in helping them to move up. Very simply put, creating duplication allows you to leverage your time, your resources and your effort. You can achieve so much more through team effort than you can by yourself, as an individual.

Every successful business, no matter what kind of business is it, is based on the process of duplication. For example, a business must hire a manager and employees; the owner teaches the manager to duplicate the necessary steps to success for that kind of business; the manager teaches the employees to duplicate those same steps. If the duplication process is not carried out effectively, complete success will not occur.

In affiliate marketing, a similar process must be followed: The Owner (SFI) teaches the Managers (Team Leaders) the steps to affiliate marketing success; the Managers teach their team members those same steps; if and when the team members properly follow and apply those steps, they will achieve success as well and then everybody benefits.

Here is why this is so important in your SFI business:

You have only so many hours in the day that you can work on your business and only so much energy to devote to it. Also, you have only so many dollars you can invest in your SFI business each month. But when you recruit new affiliates onto your SFI team, they each commit a few hours a day, plus some of their energy, plus some of their financial resources each month to building THEIR SFI business, which in turn helps to build YOUR SFI business.

Look at it this way: On your own, you might be able to reach 1,000 good SFI prospects each month and only a couple of them will get involved in the business. But once you succeed in signing up FIVE business-building leaders, people like yourself, you will be able to leverage yourself through duplication and will multiply your results.

Now your team will reach 5,000 good prospects (plus your own 1,000), and together you will sign up six-times the number of business-building leaders than you could have on your own. Do you see how that kind of duplication will accelerate your success in SFI?

The reason duplication in our SFI business is not only important but essential is that without our team doing the same thing we do there is no money to be made.

Basically we could sell sell and then sell but not everyone just likes to sell. Then there is the issue that some people are not good at selling or convincing others to keep buying and some people who will buy something once and then never return again to TripleClicks so you would have to sponsor a truck load of PRM's every month just to make a profit compared to sponsoring a truck load of PSA's where on average 1 out of 10 affiliates are active and MANY affiliates are great at duplication, compared to just selling, getting sign-ups and sponsoring other affiliates. Those are the people who will make it here at SFI because the more people you can sponsor and teach them what you do every month day in and day out, as long as you can find a decent place to find affiliates (which takes time) the better your chances of you succeeding in turning a good profit heck might even be a great one depending how you work with your team. Some people like me enjoy having a team who they can seek and give advise to , and then supporting their team with weekly messages and solutions to their smallest to their biggest questions.

And with duplication say you buy 10 TCredits for yourself for less than $20 and you get 15 of your teammates to do the same minus your $20 you will make $58 profit just in sales and if they all sponsor 15 people who also buy 10 TCredits with you already EA from your sales and purchases as long as you do all things on your to do list every month then you will become BTL the next month from them reaching EA2 status themselves because those 15 affiliates will give you 1,500 VP just for maintaining their EA2 status.

Then say you keep sponsoring every month and you get another 15 who are also active then that is $116 just from your sales to your team that does not include anything from your ECA's if you can sign some up, then CSA's and PRM's. It can add up really fast especially if you are good at sponsoring (takes practice and patience)
