Sometimes this nasty thought of giving up when things are really tough can derail us. What did I do to keep pushing forward?
First I ask myself, if I give up now, what will happen to my team with whom I have invested so much time and energy in helping, shaping, and developing them to become confident and successful business people? I know they will roll up to my upline, but what about their personal feeling because of the bond of friendship I have built with them, it's like leaving family and friends.
Then I ask myself, if I give up now, what will happen to my business, in which I have invested so much time, energy, commitment and money? Is my dream of financial freedom that easy to let go?
Next I ask myself, what are the alternatives out there for an unemployed, a retiree, a physically disabled, or simply someone who lacks social skills, a stay-at-home mom or dad,or someone from a social and ethnic backgrounds where resources are limited? It's like dog eats dog out there.
Finally, I go back to my Homepage, review the SFI BASICS, SFI RULES OF SUCCESS,read the posts at Forum, answers at Ask SC, and the LaunchPad lessons from Day 1 to Day 30 and then it hits me! Why, the fun has just begun!
There are still more hills to climb, sure, but they are only hills. The Big Picture is right there at the top of the mountain we have yet to conquer, and the Big Picture looks very attractive!
Now I say to myself, quit? No way! I will finish what I have begun.
