First of all, I think that the category of "success" can be interpreted very differently and individually, primarily depending on personal interests and goals. This applies to the understanding of these categories within SFI. Someone joined this business because it is out of work, some to supplement their monthly income (which means it already has a full time job), someone to get out of debt. Each of us had his own motive for entering into this story, and no matter how all of these reasons could be reduced to the few mentioned, though they are still individual. The individual motivation determines goals to a large extent. Achievement of these objectives is a measure of success.
So what is success for one, is not necessarily a success for someone else. Someone is aiming to become the first in the class, to become the first in his country, and yet, someone that has a high overall ranking. Someone's task is to make money, irrespective of the position (i.e., good at sales business through his/her ECA etc.) You might say that a high ranking implies a decent income. But it has to be last and is not always so in practice. Have you noticed that there are a lot E365 champions who do not have the status of leaders (BTL, STL, GTL, PTL)?
What I think is the essence of success in SFI, is measured by the team, his size, strength and activity. It is the cornerstone of this work. The one who was able to set this foundation, to me is success.
