I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

Successful newsletters don’t require 12 pages of in-depth reporting. What they do need (at least in the beginning) is 3 or 4 short pieces of valuable information with room to grow from there.

Play on your audience’s need to know. Announce an event, offer entry into a contest, discount on a product or service, share news about new products or features. Whatever you do, make sure your news is specific and has a substantial enough affect on your readers so that they will click and participate.

Many I have seen in SFI talks and worries about VP. I believe strongly that this program is not VP alone.
So I would start a newsletter to get my team aware of multiple opportunities that SFI is providing.
I would like to focus on ECA, TC - Selling and advertising stores. The products in TC store can be selected carefully so as to target the audience based on their country.
Focus on making their psas a ECA. This will help in getting action points and permanent incomes.

Maybe it's good to make two newsletters - for beginners and for experienced members.
Newsletter for new members must be motivational and positive.

They should get the impression that it's not difficult to succeed in the business by following your instructions. Briefly explain them how to start a business, and how to build a team, and explain to them why that is the most important thing. Much information will confuse them.

With experienced members is different.

First of all, when you are planning to send a team mail to your affiliates, make sure that you apply APPROPRIATE FILTERS in your GENEALOGY.

You should send a welcome massage to your NEW affiliates, including information about first steps in SFI (Fast Track Badge, SFI Basics, Launchpad, To-Do-List, etc.)

Before you send a team mail to the rest of your affiliates, make sure you've checked their VP Ledgers and Leadership Pages.

In my opinion, if you want to start a newsletter to your team of affiliates, the topic you want to convey is preferably about any benefits that can be obtained from the affiliate in your team join the SFI business. example:
- received income from the sale of products at TripleClicks if buyers purchase through their URL links.
- Earn from collecting Versa Point.
- Getting a great income if they do sponsoring and duplication
- and get results from ECA program, SFIPPA

In my opinion that if you want to embark and start your own newsletter some of the topics that you may consider are as follow the importance of advertising vis a vis Free vs paid platforms vs traffic exchanges vs classifieds vs safe lists,sponsoring and duplicating ,sheeting upS-Builder and other COOPs to Attaining and maintaining EA2 and maintains standing order to  Promoting SFI and TripleClicks store to pricebenders auctions to Recruitment of ECAs to staying committed

Indicate the importance of daily tasks
The importance of collecting VP and setting their own targets
Explain in detail all the activities around marketing sales TC, ECA, Wawa 3 Member, IAHBE
Show on its own example that hard work as possible to achieve the set goals, and that by working together as a team achieve more.

That's a very fantastic option to keep engaging your affiliates and become a awesome leader.
You should focus on team building and duplication first. As SFI has multiple source of Income, you Should Focus on every Aspects. Like encourage your team to open a ECA - Store its good source of additional Income SFI. Also recommend your team to try their luck on Auction, who know how lucky they might be.

To making a good Team is depend upon how to trust your group.The communication is only newsletter.

1. Serious affiliate will respond & most do ask question.Answer any messages from your affiliates as soon as possible.

2. Before the first day of the month, send a mailing about what they'll need to re-qualify the following months and any tips that will help them get to EA or higher each month.

3. Try to help to set their goal setting.
