The best topics to focus on in your newsletter should be:
1 - Recognition of your down line folks who have made real progress in their business.
2 - Statements about your personal experiences within SFIMG.
3 - Comment on YOUR goals in SFIMG.
4 - One suggestion in each letter that will help boost any affiliate's SFIMG business.
5 - "Thanks for being part of my SFI team, FIRSTNAME." Using the first name of the member will establish rapport quicker than any other single thing you can do.

Are all the member of your team serious to join and to continue their business? If so, I think what you have read regarding SFI must be put into action and never forget to focus on it if you will start a newsletter for your affiliates.
If you just jump to a certain topic like for example duplication, its too hard if they don't know the basic. Start your newsletter from the beginning ..how to get started, let them know the basic and Launchpad and it will be a little bit easier for them to understand whatever topic you wish to focus on.
Referring ECAS, Duplication, joining team co op, having standing order are only a few to focus on. More power and have a great day.

The key to an effective newsletter would be rotating the hot topics which would interest your audience, to contantly renew their curiosity and learning.
Some suggestions would be:
- The scope and potential of earning through SFI.
- Practical tips/ methods of sponsoring new affiliates.
- Good value deals for purchase you have come across on TripleClicks.
- Which is better? Participating in auctions or buying products with your TCredits?
- How much time should be invested on a daily basis on SFI-oriented tasks?
Start with some of the above topics, and ask your team members for feeedback and suggestions on other topics which they might be interested in.

There is a lot of information that is available for free at SFI. Starting a newsletter is an excellent idea to get your team reved up and up to date with what's happening on your team. Ideas for newsletters can range from updates that your team members might have missed, information about special deals at Tripleclicks and valuable team building ideas and strategies that your team may employ. Above all, it is important that your team feels your genuine concern for them to succeed and your willingness to help them along that path to success.

One of the things you have to do to be successful here is to be consistent. Always do your daily, weekly, and monthly task. Post a stream message every 2-3 days, and always check your ECA and T-Connect pages.
If you have the T-Credits to participate in an auction, make sure that you are prepared with enough T-Credits and cash to pay for the item you are bidding. Have a budget in mind before doing so and never go beyond that or you'll end up losing a lot of T-Credits and paying more than what you wanted :)
Participate in WBF auctions and make sure you win so you can get back all the T-credits you used and please do this during MRP Mondays if possible to get twive the MRP you get for every bid you make.
Hope I gave some helpful tips here.
Have a nice day and keep pushing towards the top!

Great question!
First think about the things you want to read if some newsletter was represented to you.
I think you should have a few separated segments, something for your newly comes (like getting started, what to do after 24 hours, what are VP's, how to advertise, and so on) and others for your little more experienced affiliates (co-op and payed advertising, tips how to be a good TL, programs that you proved to be useful in growing your business), but keep it short and to the point, you don't want to bore everyone into a coma. And maybe some part at the end for a praise or fun facts, just to show your downline that you really care.
Hope this helped.
xoxo

Hello; This a excellent question.
I do my Newsletter each Sunday. If there is a fault with SFI and Team Leaders it is that there is far too much information being passed to downlines and it is leading to confusion. Now I have only had 3 opt-outs in 9 Months. One gentlemen did not grasp the nettles of the business & two stated too much information to take in.
I feel that one simple Newsletter per week to ALL your downline is enough.
As far Topics, I respectfully suggest just one topic per week. Example: You could tell your downline " This week I shall concentrate on promoting ECA products". Therefore I shall be reading and learning how to do this in my marketing or training tab. Then the week after I shall send out a newsletter saying " This week I am going to promote Blogs I shall be learning and reading how to do this in my marketing/sales/training tabs and so on. So, you see you have plenty of content in each Newsletter each week to keep you going and your 'downline' informed without overwhelming them with too much information. I would write more on this but perhaps it would be too long. I believe you must keep it as short as possible. Hope this helps a little. Billy Allott.(BTL).
