Hello Walid these are my thought and what i would do:

1.Set up a standing order for IAHBE to earn 1500 VersaPoints every month to have rank of an EA each month with out worry.

Many people use the IAHBE as simply a resource manual; I believe that it should be used as a club as well. I actually promote IAHBE in my local area as a club.
