Thus starting at SFI we are all equal and we are all beginners in the business. We all have an equal chance to succeed, however, it is not happening. Why?
As a general, to be successful and become leaders, we need to know the job and can do it only if you read, read and read. Thanks to the company that has complete knowledge demonstrated through the lessons we can steady pace to progress to the top. But there are always those who do not want to learn and read but only wanted a quick buck. Such people will never be leaders because they do not have the knowledge to be transferred to its new members, to assist them in resolving problems that arise during labor. So, a good leader must know the entire system of the company and find out how to transfer their knowledge to other team members. Their knowledge to unselfishly share because it will multiply it back.

Successful leaders teach what they have learned, and want to help their affiliates to succeed. This business is about people and working as a team to accomplish a larger goal of a sustainable income.
Leaders are always looking for new ways to promote their business and maintain the enthusiasm of their affiliates, and know that any business takes commitment and hard work to succeed. They are not looking for a quick solution to there finances, but want to build towards something.
I believe that successful leaders in SFI know how to get important information across to their PSA`s without putting unnecessary pressure on them to perform, especially while the PSA`s are still very new to the SFI system. It can be very overwhelming when you first start with SFI so the leader needs to bear this in mind and answer all questions asked to them in a very explanatory way, even if they seem rather basic and sometimes even silly.
A successful leader knows how to bring out the best in people through encouragement and leading by example. The leader should initially know a lot more about the business than the people he/she has signed up under him/her.

Very very good question!:-) Well 1) Support our affiliates (Psa ) and our co sponsored (CSA) in every way you can: gift certificates, tcredits, motivational messages, giveaways, tips, suggestions. They are our success! 2)Always be on top of the game also! They duplicate what they see from you ! 3) Earn as many badges as you can!:-) 4) Advertise, promote, and advertise! 5) Teach your downline to do everything you do. Tell them all the secrets you know. Of course, some may have had experience with affiliate and network marketing before which makes it easier for them to succeed here. The simple fact though, is that it takes constant purposeful action to succeed at any venture. The commitment to the task at hand, regular communication with affiliates and keeping abreast of fresh and relevant information allows those that are truly serious to be as successful as they wish.
