First you need to bidest patient and skillful in his work to become a leader. It must be an example for their members who may go after his postpaki to reach success, it has always to be here for them and know how to explain how it works, because his team needs to treat us as people who rely on it to get a result.

A successful leader in SFI:

1. Constantly learns by reading the daily alerts and increases his/her knowledge about marketing strategies, training, TC products etc.

2. Wants to help the affiliates under him/her and is available to help them.
3. Completes the daily to do list.
4. Follows the example of succesful SFI leaders and understands how to duplicate their success.
5. Trains his/her affiliates the duplication process in a simple way.

Successful Leaders know their Business. They have knowledge
about what you need to do and where to go to find answers that
you need. They will answer your questions and then point you
to where to find it. They have badges to prove to you that they

I think a good leader must have the 3 P's:

-Persistence: he must never give up on problems, but face them all and fight for resolving them.

-Patience: in order to succeed in SFI, a good leader must not expect that everything can be resolved in a few moments; some things need time, such as training new affiliates, bringing back the lost ones, and so on.

-Power: this is the result of Persistence and Patience together; is the ability to go on and on, to persuade people

Successful leaders in SFI just follow the basic principles the Gary has set out in rules for success for making SFI a successful business.
They dream, set goals, read and implement the rules for success, share SFI with as many friends and family.
Advertise there business for both PSA and ECA on Tripleclicks.
They maximise sales on Tripleclicks.
They ensure that they become and maintained as least BTL.
Help their team members achieve at least EA2

Hi,
successful Leaders in SFI support therer PSA'S & CSA'S.
But for this they first educate themself about Sfi business and all its available options & Tools.
They try to do good duplication work on there affiliates then they automatically become successfull Team leaders.

Currently only communicate with the leaders of my country ROMANIA
From other countries asked the friendship with the leaders of A2A
