When speaking about leaders, first thing it means they are those who have under their supervision peoples, and they administer those. Though, leaders, by experience, are also who began learning from other leaders, acquired knowledge, and put it in practice. They then made their way to learn more, read more, and apply all the principles they got during their ascension up to the top rank. As a fact, they must apply the same pinciples, and everything they received as a gifdt from those who dedicated for their formation, to build new leaders, and lead them the same way the passed through. Of course, the principles may not be the same, in their way making the progress, everyone can find his/her own ways how to hande things. But, all the principles acquired in different ways must converge to the same goal, building, and promote other leaders, so that the compagny can become strong, and being surrounded by many leaders, which is a successful experience in the satisfaction of that company. Successful leaders in SFI know they need only a "few good men" to have a successful SFI home business. They know if they sponsor five EA2's and help them to sponsor five EA2's then everybody will prosper with SFI. Successful SFI leaders are able to duplicate themselves. Successful SFI leaders are really "servant leaders" who are willing to serve and help their PSA's and CSA's in any way possible.
What I love about SFI is there are more ways than one to do things and be successful. You can take the path offered in the Training, you can follow your Sponsors,or your own business instincts.
That's why successful leaders come in all 'shapes and sizes' - some are introverts, some are extroverts, some learn by reading and following, some prefer learning from their own experiments and mistakes.
What they have in common is being true to themselves (strive for their goal in a way that best suits them) and to SFI and Tripleclicks.

Well, "The Success System That Never Fails", which I am sure Gery is familiar with is "That successful people do the things that non-successful people are unwilling to do." Getting out of bed; talking to strangers or even acquaintances about SFI, spend the money on building your SFI business instead on a bad habit, or a luxury that can be a reward after obtaining considerable success. Continuously moving forward, share their experience with others less successful in order to help them, know how to transmis their knowledge because they are great communicators; they have proofs for their success, they lead by example, never give up and always believe in them selves inspite of the momentary conditions; they have to be good people and to respect their colleagues, but not naive and extremely tolerant.
To consider a person a successful leader in his/her choosen field like SFI he must know the in and out of his business, must know all the problems and ready to answer everyones queries if they needs support, possess strong will and determination to all his subordinates or members to accept whatever the outcome it will bring to them.

There is one common thing in all SFI successful Leaders do and that is "they read understand and follow SFI Guides.
They feel and understand that how much money they can earn with the opportunities in SFI, such as TrippleClicks, Pricebenders etc.
Every Resources are there within the SFI for anyone to become successful, members need to read learn and follow it, that's how successful leaders are successful. There is no magic that's is they follow SFI guides.

What I have also noticed about the leaders in SFI is that they log in daily. They are E365 finalist. They have a S-Builder co-op and a standing-order.

This means they are likely to be at the top on the power ranks.

Successful Leaders in SFI do the following things:
1. At First they faith 100% on SFI by acquiring knowledge,they learn the system with the help of Company website, top leaders and line of sponsors and co-sponsor, and clear all the doubt.
2. Duplicate the system to their team which they learn.
