What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Many of the affiliates you sponsor will remain inactive. As SFI is free to join, a lot of people are just curious about what it is. So they don't join, because they want to become successful internet entrepreneurs. They just want to know what it is all about.

On the other hand there are also a lot of people that join SFI but are overwhelmed with all the information given on the homepage. I had 2 sign-offs due to that reason.

Very good question.

We must never give up on affiliates who never do anything.

Some of them may not have understood the first time round and may
come wandering back to SFI.

Treat them the same as the ones who are working. Send them emails,
TM, whatever, but never give up on them.

Maybe they will decide to have a second look into SFI and become your

This is a question that has been asked over and over again in different forms but the same essence both here in Asks SC and in the forum. I am also receiving the same question from my PSA's and CSA's.

let me share with some realities with our SFI business so that can remain focused rather than be discouraged with affiliates who never do anything despite of you doing the best you can as sponsor.

I think this is a question we all ask ourselves.

If they haven't whitelisted you, you won't likely have access to their actual email account and so if they aren't going into SFI they won't see your messages. I would send out a monthly support message and the rest is up to them.

Focus on the affiliates that are working. Offer them your encouragement and support as they are motivated!

Many people come into SFI expecting something different than what it is.

That is the question that everyone asks themselves. Most people in the genealogy is inactive and usually do not do anything , this applies to the vast majority of people who were sent through online advertising.

That's what is most important is an appropriate segregation of the list of Genealogy. Contact is indicated for frequent among active people , or those who began to get hundreds of VP but for various reasons they stopped. These can be direct messages about 2-3 times a week. Each

This is really a question that probably bothering many of us.

I do not know if my response will be adequate, but I do not think it should be done nothing more than what is necessary for the job.

What does that mean?

- At the beginning, make sure that you have sent a letter of welcome - mandatory, and, if possible, as soon as you include an affiliate, I think those first few minutes are crucial. With a cover letter, preferably send instructions for further work. In

ROI (Return On Investment) is one of the basic measurements of the success of any business. And one of the most valuable resources we invest in any business or in life for that matter, will always be OUR TIME.

How we invest the time we allocate to SFI each day will determine how successful our SFI business is going to be.

A new affiliate has signed-up, you sent the welcome message, you offered your assistance and support, but they never logged-in since then.

What does this mean? In most cases like this, especially if the sign-up comes from web advertisement, the affiliate just registered to check the business opportunity offered. Then, they either may find it complicated, or they are not willing to invest time, money or personal work, to make their business grow. But they never bother to opt-out.

Excellent question to ask as we all do have affiliates who appear to be not to be actively engaged...

Frist is important to be mindful that this is not necessarily a reflection of your efforts in role of team leader/sponsor so it is important to not personalize the inactivity. As people, we are bombarded by so many things that at times engagement in organizations such as SFI becomes too much to manage and has to be placed last on personal priorities.
