I would take a look at this matter this way: Certainly we all know from our past experiences life impressions that a communication is always about:
Communication goals- to my mind every single communication in the world must naturally lead to
wished conclusions. Everyone should realise what a sentence or words bring and also should imagine
how it feels ,, upsidedown‘‘- it means how he felt ,, on the other side‘‘.
Some measure of empathy- simply said maybe like the popular saying says: ,, Try to walk a mile in my shoes.‘‘
It should be considered what‘s going on with some team members, etc.
I hope that will help :-)

I think whag would bee too much in any team is giving out gift cards asn TC credits more often, especially to affiliates who are financially challenged. This is so because it makes them overdependent since they would love to maintain EA status. This is a very practical scenario.
Unnecessary communication can also be in the form of affiliates sending various mails which are solicitive in nature and verydemanding. Team leaders should ratherteach downlines to learn as they did. Therecomes the issue of duplication
Generally, too much of Complaint-related mails constitute unnecessary communication

Hello,
Do not irritate during communication with your team.New members are just like new born child. When you satisfied them, one may become more valuable for your business. There may be some frequent and unnecessary communications, but if that fellow is a real working person, the communication will become healthy within a short period after his satisfaction. On the other hand if that fellow is false, communications will no last long.Because you are a working person, who never tired, but a non working person always tired within a short period.
Thanks!

I would say that sending email to them on a daily basis would be unnecessary. Keep to a weekly message and maybe 2 or 3 to those in your team that are actively using the program. At the moment I don't get a response from anyone, so, I think that sometimes I shouldn't bother. However, I want to keep getting my vp so I keep sending out group messages every week.
You have to be really little wise to plan that.
Think before you communicate with them.. Is it really important to say something at this point in time? Has he done something extra ordinary, something so important or remarkable? Is there any good information at this point of time? If Yes.. Do communicate.. otherwise wait for the same.
and Never Leave a good chance to comment on their actions and achievements.
Good Luck All.
What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?
It is always necessary communication with the team, and yes, it is possible that you are trying to be a little over-activated. In the case of new members, do not hang to them down his neck, because to them you will be bored and will not have a good opinion of you. If you are constantly intrude team, it turns out that you have nothing to work with, and just the opposite we are trying to teach new members. Follow their VP ledger and jump only when you see the need to respond.

It is very important to find the middle. Because as the saying goes, "The medium is the gold." Not laughing is by "intrude" their members with their support. But I also will not miss your support for your members. It is very important to be modest about it. When you see that some members began to work, and began to read, it was told to him and ask if there is anything unclear. Only when he asks a question, you answer it. Can do it in advance and offer some information deluge. I think everyone I need to come to the basic information. Our sponsors, as is only to streamline them in things they can not themselves. It is not easy to handle it, but everybody should come I do the basic things. So as far as support, never absent, but they never should be too.

Personally I communicate with my PSAs on a daily basis until they instruct me otherwise. I provide them with as much assistance as possible to move forward with their SFI business and reward them accordingly based on their preparedness to succeed.
I perceive that if they don't want any more help that they will let me know, but I have found that most individuals are quite receptive to assistance, especially in their first few days.
I really don't think there is a such thing as too much communication. There is a such thing as unnecessary. If its not about business and the next level, it should be kept at a minimum. Its important that your PSAs and CSAs feel comfortable asking you questions and gaining information. So if its about SFI, than it is definitely worth speaking on.
