If you were talking about countries and regions, I know exactly what you mean because I live in a country where online business is relatively new and people are extremely suspicious about it.
An idea: tell potential ECAs that being among the first will mean having the cutting edge. If they are the first online, they can reach a market that their competitors are neglecting - local modern generations , plus all the possible international customers.
Although you will not say it directly, try to convey 'you snooze, you lose' - The early bird catches the worm.

opportunities perhaps I needed to hear something very impressive about online shopping.
Maybe it was a fact about my deal. A fact such as NUMBERS. I would show somewhere in pieceful place the numbers of: real TripleClicks visitors- I would illustrate what advantages brings TripleClicks
to joined sellers f.e. real daily traffic to their stores what would mean real bigger chances to sell. And

You could set up a a mass meeting promoting SFI.
Show casing the history and reach of SFI now since
they began.

Most importantly you should share your own experience since join.
and to top things off show, them your Pioneer card as proof that
since you joined you can say it works for you and it will for them too.
Good question, I have some experience with that so here's what I think.
First arm yourself with knowledge. Information's are crucial. And I'm really serious about that, you need to know EVERYTHING. How to register , how to submit products, payments and shipping, prices and costs.
And always have a couple of examples of ECA's from their area or at least same country. A positive feedback from those people would help a lot.

first thing in the campaign for the new ECE is explain potential of TripleClicks as a great opportunity to promote sales. Introduce potential ECE with the number of TripleClicks as potential buyers, and also with the fact that the ECA will have a large number of promoters from SFI associates.
A better option to promote the ECA is contacting businesses that already exist on the Internet because they do not need much explanation
The truth is the best way. We have to explain them the advantages of advertising online and of selling/purchasing online. Also, the necessary investments are less than in the usual system. Nowadays, everything aims to automation, so, everything can be simplified and brought to faster results. We have to explain briefly how it works and how the risks they mught be afraid can be eliminated.
It's hard, but you have to be a salesman. You have to know that people like in every sale! I gave my number, so people call me and explain to them. It is easier to believe when you talk to them than through the messages. Or buy a product and send them a picture to see how you have that product. A conversation can convince people, but you have to be persistent and you must not give up. Persistence is finally worth. Good luck ....
