Sponsor a zillion and 8 people and out of them you will get some active, interested affiliates. A zillion and 8 is figurative of course since no one actually sponsors that many. The idea is to sponsor a large amount of PSA's and out of them you will get some active affiliates.

There is no way to know what a person will do before they do it and even that person will not know until they begin working SFI and putting what they have been taught into practice.

The best thing we can do is send email to our team on a consistent basis and write things that are motivational and uplifting. I've seen some come to life after having been dormant for awhile. Sometimes when someone in your team reads your email something in it will rekindle the fire. We never know what might do it, but as we remain consistent and persistent in time a few nuts will rise to the top.

Nothing that you do will determine whether an affiliate remains active in SFI or not. Activity in any programme - in anything in life for that matter - is determined from within a person themselves.

Continued activity is determined by an individual's type of personality or character. It also is related to the 80/20 principle in life (and business).

You will find affiliates who start off very enthusiastically but, for no obvious reason to you, become totally disinterested and inactive. That is human nature. Some people just don't have the tenacity to see something through to the end. (In the case of being a SFI affiliate, the end would be to earn a substantial income from your SFI business.) People in general have the tendency to become despondent in life. They have a vision of certain results and when it does not happen the way they have envisioned it, they lose interest and look for something else or different to do.

So, don't fret about affiliates who start a SFI business and don't remain active as long as you would have preferred or expected them to. So long as you are the best you and the best leader possible for you, you have done your job.

This question sounds more like the one asked earlier about of helping affiliates not to quit.The problem here is, this is not a measurable situation, whereby we can make a calculated guess or move. Much has and is still being done by sponsors to keep affiliates active or make them stay however the outcome has been and is still a matter of being lucky. Here is what I mean, whether affiliates, are PSAs,CSAs and whether you won them , bought them or sponsored by coops or other means, non of these ways guarantee their stay , interest or activity.

Another option being what you do or not do, still has some limitations here and there.Why do I say so, for the past three months I sent PSA/CSA mailers, trying to reach out to them in the best possible and humble and courteous ways but they never respond or do any action at all except one maybe, and in my opinion that one is whom you have to work with until you are lucky to get more serious ones again.Well I believe there has to more of intrinsic motivation because honestly we don't know the reasons that made someone join SFI,and their intentions if they dont like the slow/residual method of earning,so, some tell themselves if I don't earn money first month I quit no matter how hard they convince me to stay.

This to me looks like a situation you may not easily win no matter what you do for them, and they will always think of internet scams where people are being cornered and used and then ditched without any gain, so they try to sneak away before SFI "scams" them so to say. So you see no one tells you their true motives. The situation can only go so far, as to those who are interested already with or without your motivation, and what you do for them will then be an added advantage.Just imagine if someone joins today clueless of marketing, even if you give them tcredits, they still gonna have to read and and do daily actions themselves.

I am not implying there is totally nothing to be done , there is or could be a number of beautiful incentives out there however it can not come as an endorsed prescription because both you and them are gonna have to meet at some point if not half way so they can get adequate help to keep them interested and active....

The only way you can find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will stay with this business is to advertise and tell people about this business, as many people as possible, every day and in as many ways as possible. Since only five percent of all people really get involved in a business like SFI and very few of those who join ever really are patient and work at it, it seems reasonable that one should tell others about this with excitement and enthusiasm. Although you cannot know how a person will respond, the only thing you can do is try, without coercion, to attract people to this business and see where this takes you.

Instead of just pointing prospects to your SFI gateways, you can route them through your own website. On your website, you can have detailed explanations of SFI and what they can expect.
Setting expectations upfront to potential prospects will help you weed out any of the people who are just looking and not really interested. Being honest in your reviews of SFI will help prospects decide if the opportunity is really for them. Plus, if they do signup, it will give you more credibility by telling them exactly what happens in the first few months of SFI.
You may not get as many sign ups, but the ones who do sign up will know what they can expect and will be more likely to remain active.
Too often people just look for numbers in the signup game and this is not the way to prospect. I'd much rather get 2 good sign ups a month than 100 who end up doing nothing.

The key to finding quality affiliates lies within the tracking and improvements made based on tracking. With free advertising, there are a lot of people looking for something for nothing. No all but most want something free. Business is not and you will not be able to build a lasting business without a small consistent investment of cash. Good content plus good SEO yields a good converting landing page. Be very careful of your theme.

In addition when using paid advertising, content and SEO is very important. Also, key words and keyword density. Be sure that every aspect of your ad coincides. Your theme should be consistent. Be sure to stay away from keywords that foster sorry affiliates like 'free' and 'no risk'. Sharing SFI within the online marketing community is a place to find persons who are already open to affiliate programs. These persons are more likely to remain active if they decide to join SFI. First of all make a list of people you know:
- Cousins
- Friends
- Business associates
- Work colleagues
- People you know
- Neighbors
- Check your mailing list
therefore, the widest possible list.


From that list, of course extract the all those that you know for sure that they could handle it in this business.


To those people you can send a short letter (e-mail) with your intent and a brief explanation about the SFI business. It would be good if, in accordance with the interests of these people, by the letter you send a small gift - an e-card, e-book or a gift card of $ 12, to purchase on TripleClicks.


As a second method – you can send (also by e-mail) a link to your blog / website (if you have one) where they will find all the necessary information about the SFI business with the above mentioned gifts.


Next, place all the necessary facilities to highly ranked sites for advertising.


Through social networks (Facebook, Twitter etc) contact all the people you got on your friends list or follow lists.
