This is what I did.
I searched on the Internet for a reliable place to advertise for free. But before that I made sure that my welcoming message is in place to welcome my new affiliates, pointing out that I am here to help you succeed.
The first contact with your new prospect is the most important. If they tell you that they do not know a lot of people, you tell them that you will help him/her by pointing out places where he/she can advertise for free and get at least 5 people in his first month.
He must also then understand the importance of duplication and tell him this wont cost him a cent. Then I tell him also to show me another business which you can start with no capital outlay and that you can earn a potential income of $2000 in the next 12 months
If you yourself have a few affiliates that you can reassign to him, I find that a very powerful tool, and your new prospect will see what team building is all about. He can then also apply that same technique once he accumulated enough affiliates to help building his team.
Another method is try to get him involved in a co-op.
If he or she is cash strapped, I recommend you to reassigning him a couple of affiliates from your PSA, preferably once that is active. That will show him also that you are here to help.
