Hi Bill,

I would assume that you fully understand the value of TCredits and the many things you can redeem the value at TripleClicks.com (TCredits are the TC store's "currency," which you can use at TripleClicks.com), hence the question How would it benefit you if you transfer some to PSA's and CSA's.

Everyone knows that one of the usage of TCredits is to promote activity to your team (PSA's and CSA's) by transfering some TCredits to them as incentives for taking actions

TCredits or TC is the unit or product with which one can take part in all the activities available in SFI & Triple Clicks.Hence, transfer of TCredits to your PSAs or CSAs will open a new world for them.
Once they enjoy and take part in the numerous activities in SFI and Triple Clicks utilizing the TCs they will be motivated to purchase more of them from Triple Clicks.Once they start doing this,you will see your commissions coming in,45% from your PSAs and 15% from your CSAs.

Giving TCredits to your workers helps you a great deal. For example:

1. Boosting morale and encouraging TL milestone achievement

2. Assisting affiliates in their efforts to make EA milestones

3. Training affiliates on the use of TCredits in Pricebender auctions. After the first assignment, you may choose to make further assignments conditional.

4. Encourages Pricebender participation and participation in Pick the Price.

Good question!

Before transferring TCredits their PSA or CSA must converse with them on a daily basis, largely in the first month of activity to see if they are really interested, and especially if they have understood the potential of the activity in various SFI and Tripleclicks.

Many people, as there is no investment and risks, SFI to come into play and when they realize that they must make a small investment leaving the industry.

I am a firm believer that a team is only as strong as it's weakest link. Transferring T credits or PSAs can help strengthen and build your whole organization. When done properly it can be a win-win deal. I would only transfer T Credits to my PSAs or CSAs that are working the business regularly (i.e logging in and completing their to do list regularly.) You can set up a contest where the top PSAs and CSAs on your team for one week will receive 10 T credits as their prize. Or you can send an email

Giving TCredits as a gift to PSA and CSA is a great motivation for them, which will make them work even more. And when they are more active, it directly benefit you through VP matching. Also, sometimes they will need some TCredits to maintain their rank, or to achive higher one, which will again benefit you. This will allow them to build stronger teams and that is good for you too, because of VP matching.

This question is a bit self-centred and implies a ”me first” mentality. However, it is also a reality that whenever we give we expect something in return- benefit.

As a sponsor you should know that transferring Tcredit to your PSAs is not just done for doing sake but for some genuine reasons. Among these reasons are:
-As a means of rewarding any contest that was put forward by a sponsor for his PSAs. Saying who came first or did better.
-As a means of assisting your PSAs to acquire the required rank of an EA2 for any month him/she is short of points.
-As a means of boosting the morals of your sponsor to make them feel important as well making

Transfer Tcredits have multiple benefits for those who make transfers:

- First of all, this transfer award your co-workers for their hard work

- Further, giving them an incentive to do better

- To the extent that their status is improving, it has direct implications for the status of you - you are growing

I think that it is a matter of a clever, long-distance strategy.
Namely, if you have some valuable movers, hard-working affiliates, then you should reward them with something. One of the most valuable rewards are TCredits. Most certanly, they will appreciate yours gift and go further and expanding their SFI business.
When they go expanding, you will get 100VP each time when they become an EA, 150 VP each time when they become BTL, etc.
