I give my new PSA's and CSA's, Tcredits, when they reach certain targets, but not for my benefit, I do it so they can use it to either go into the Auctions, and have an idea how auctions work, or to buy something either way, they see that the work their have done is rewarded

Another plus, is it teaches your downline, that they can do the same for their own affiliates, that are active, and so on down the line, and ultimately, this is good for everyone, as it increases Tripleclicks pool, and we all benefit, from that, also if your affiliates duplicate that, you get a commission, from the sales, and above all, it makes the recipient feel good

As far as I am concerned, you can never have too many Tcredits, and if you are new to Auctions, which the majority of new affiliates, seem to be, it can be used to learn how to bid.

To me this is one of the best methods of rewarding hardworking affiliates, as it is easy to transfer Tcredits, and I can reward more affiliates, and cheaper, than say for example, if I was giving a Gift Certificate

First of all let me to clear you that TCredits are just like real money in SFI. With TCredits you can purchase products from TripleClicks, can participate in the games like Pick the Price and also can bid in pricebenders auctions.

I want to explain the importance of transfer TCredits to PSA’s or CSA’s by pulling an example from real life situation. The example is as below.

When children are minor (Below the age of 18 yrs), parents give them money to spend. In this period of time children come to know that from where they can earn money and how to spend that money. Now on the second stage of life when children are major (Above the age of 18 yrs) and the parents are above 50 yrs, the process is reversed. Children give money to parents and parents are enjoying the benefits of work done when they were young and children were minor.

Similar situation is in SFI, when your new PSA’s or CSA’s enter in to SFI he or she is like a child who doesn’t know how to survive in the SFI Business environment. You as a sponsor teach him or her each and everything about the SFI business strategies. During that learning process you transfer TCredits to your PSA’s or CSA’s so that he or she come to know how to earn TCredits and where to use them. After some time your new PSA’s or CSA’s become leader of SFI and as a sponsor you are enjoying all the benefits including residual income from his or her own efforts.

Hi, this is realy great question. I can tell you when and why am I doing it (transfering TCredits to my PSAs and CSAs) , and when and why you should (and of course, everyone who wants it, and find it helpfull).

When I transfer my TCredits to my members?

I have a rulle, if somebody in my team (PSAs only, for now) is qualified as EA2, I award that person with 10 TCredits, so then that person feel that he/she is not just Affiliate who just got few new CSAs from SFI, and 10 TCredits in next month from SFI also, that he/she is person who works in a team and that team has lider (no matter of status, but of behavior with team members) who also can and will award his members who are workers.

Also, when I see that somebody wants to know more about auctions, and don't feel ready to invest money yet for TCredits, I send 2 TCredits, so that person can see where is BID NOW button, and even if that person don't want to buy more TCredits-now is ready to explain new TC members about bidding and everything about it.

Next, I also give TCredits to my PSAs if and only if they come to me and say "I am 99 VP short for maintaining EA status, I have 78 MRPs and I don't know what should I do", so I give him/her 5 TCredits (in this case) and another 5 when comfirm status. (126 MRPs to buy 1 TCredit=102 VP)

Also, when I see PSA who wants to give up on SFI, I always say "Don't give up, leave your account active, so when you fix your personal problems, you can come back" so when that kind of a person is realy back, first time when I see him/her logged in again, I send few TCredits, just for "welcome back".

It is gain-gain situation.

So, I realy think that in every situation you (and everyone else) should find his/her own way to give that something, just to keep team moving forward. Somebody sends money, I send TCredits, but result is the same, you give something yours, to show that you appreciate your members who realy want to work, and you as sponsor should be there for them, to help and to reward them for their hard work.
