3. Click the "Transfer TCredits" link beside the name of the person you wish to transfer some TCredits to.
4. Enter the quantity of TCredits you wish to transfer.
5. Submit.
Upon submission, the TCredits are immediately transferred from your account to the account of your recipient.
Special Notes:
1. There is a default limit of 10. To transfer more than 10, you will need to contact SFI support and request a waiver.
2. You may transfer TCredits only to PSAs and CSAs.

by giving TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs is the best way to fill them they are very important in your team, by giving these thing they realized that you being sponsor of them are willing to help them to be success here in SFI...
I don't think there's much benefit to transfer TCredits to PSAs or CSAs unlike GC(Gift Certificate). GC your PSAs or CSAs will get to buy products from TC Store and you benefit it by getting the commission for their purchases. TCredits PSAs or CSAs can participate in the auction or price bidders(PTP).
How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?
