In almost every SFI lesson about leadership, being an awesome leader and success lessons you'll read a line that's always there - lead by example.
I guess my point is, it's not what you say exactly, it's what you do.
So if you are following and duplicating your sponsors success it will be natural that your downline would want to follow you and have your results.

Hello,

The main aim as far as I can see is to teach the Affiliates in your Team to do the Same as you have already done!
I say to my Affiliates to get the Fast Track Badge, with 500 VP's in 1st 24 hours plus a bonus of 200 VP's.
Most do but some don't!
Tell them about the benefits of joining the W3, a2a membership, ECA, S-Builder, IAHBE, share your ideas, things you have learnt in your time with SFI & TripleClicks!

Duplication is verry important for growth of your business and business of any member of your team.
Try to give them a good example with your oun work and results.
Teach them everything what are you doing, and if you attains success, then they want to be successful, also.
Your success is tied directly to success yours team members, so try to be always to assist them with anything... anytime.

Hello, very nice question.

I am quite new in this, myself, and at the beginning I did not realize how duplication is important.

Now I am in the third month since I joined SFI, learned as much as I could, there is still much to learn, but I realized that by doing the daily, weekly and monthly task won't bring me much good.

It is important to help your downline understand within the first month, the concept of SFI. It is an affiliated business and we succeed through duplication. Once they get the understanding of it then the concept duplication will be driven automatically and adopted. Someone told you about it right? Simplest answer to this question would be - explain them to your example.
Duplication is extremely important if you want to work and earn money. Explain that each new member when it becomes EA2 brings action 100 VP his sponsor and thus helping him progress. They will help you, their them because this is a team effort. Be constantly in contact with them, praise their successes, if you are able to reward them with some TC.

I used to rack my brain to figure out how I would get my affiliates to understand the importance of simply doing what I do - and so forth. The more they see the bright lights, the more they want to try to forge their own paths.

To me duplication is a legacy. Duplication is such a method which helps you to create generation not only in business in the general life. Hi there, Great question.
I believe you really cant get anybody to do anything unless they really desire the success for themselves. However all you can do is be there for them, offer them support,share the benefits of duplication with them through your stream and leadership page as well as advice them to read more on the subject.
