One of my favorite motivational speakers is/was Zig Ziglar. One of the marquee statements that he'd make is, "you can have anything in life you want, if you just help enough people get what they want out of life."
I believe that statement is probably the truest of all statements. You see, when you help people and really care about them, life has a way of allowing you to end up being the receiver of good fortune. I wish I could explain it, but I can't. As a matter of fact, the Good Book tells us that "if we cast our bread on the waters, we will find it in many days." What the wise man is saying is that if you spend your resources and invest in people, you will see a major ROI.
Simply put; give, share, and sacrifice and you will start to see bountiful blessings...

Word support is not means only financial, there's a lot of support that you can give them. You can advice them on advertisement, duplication, support by group mailing that informing them that your open to give any advice or to answer their query. TC,reassignment or gift card is more than enough to send them as reward if you really want to. But don't become habit to do this. Try and try to explain that this long term business it will be nothing if they just wait your support. They should have full determination and hard work because this is business. How they will build a business if they don't persist.

well support can come from 2 different directions 1 is financial ( I send my down line at least a $2 gift certificate and suggest buying the wave3 pack because it does advertise your business and it does have people asking what it is ( TripleClicks ) and also 10 TCredits 2. is mentally , I offer my down line my personal E-mail address and at least once a month I put in a streaming comment with it on to let others know how to reach me and I have had quite a few letter sent to me through regular E-mail instead of SFI mail service so they feel supported in that respect also 3 I say smile and just advertise your gateways for more team members and a feeling of happiness because SFI will work if you promote it have a great day

I am assuming that you are referring to financial support. Also is stated "all" downline affiliates. First, remove that "all". Work with your workers. Now, as for helping, yes HELPING, an occasional gift certificate is a great way. Or setting up a co-op with no charge to the affiliates you wish to help. I recommend GC for CSAs and co-op for PSAs. Why? Affiliates picked up via co-op that go to your PSAs are in your direct down line. should your PSA opt-out or get booted out of SFI, the co-op affiliate will roll up to you, thus recouping your gift of support OR should both remain active, you will eventually earn the matching vp, again recouping what you have spent on the co-op. For now, do what you can and as your business income grows, perhaps your generosity will also.

One can support all his/her downline affiliates if he/she have barely enough to support his/her own self by teaching them duplication and making them realise the importance of it.
The support may not be financially. You can send them motivational tips and urge them to work hard. Be there for them and ready to answer any difficult question they may have for you.
Don't forget, when they realise that they have a supportive sponsor, they will be compelled to work hard in order to impress you.

It is in the flavor that we present ourselves, are we really caring? Do we convey an avenue of richness to our team (regardless of money)? Expressed in wisdom of life, knowledge of our business and with the focus on our team members.
Working in these guidelines shall bring a higher quality to the team and for sure more money, confidence and wealth.

Support all your down-line members by devoting time each day to them. Time is valuable and when you share yourself through e-mails and Team Mail you are supportive to all.
Support does not have to be based on financial means but can be through your use of time, use of open communication, and use of knowledge that you have about what has been working to grow your SFI business in your local community.
Worry about yourself first. It is not your job to hand out money to anyone, downline or upline. You support your downline by training, encouragement, etc. Never feel obligated to pay them in any form. If they are unwilling to invest a bit of time and money in the business, then they are not likely to succeed anyway. You cannot be expected to carry the weight of others. If people are just looking for a hand-out, best ignore them and focus on the workers.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but SFI is a business, not a charity.

do not be afraid unrivaled by our downline, because basically the referrals are our co-workers, like the managers we work with one company, without them we are nothing.
Then share the experience, any difficulties encountered guiding us, because basically when we are at the level as them, we also feel confused, asked any means without our knowledge or experience continue to send us by email, phone or chat.
Directly because we can see that they can progress and status of their VersaPoints Ledger.
By doing so, downline will find it, quickly understand how to work in SFI, because the bottom line is a SFI working in our work for yourself and to grow or succeed together.
