Leadership qualities are built in ourselves. We have to discover our abilities, capabilities and be honest to ourselves as to what we can not do since everyone got individual limitations. Every one got the chance to be a leader everyday.

If your question directs on one's financial and economic standing, being poor or broke is not a hindrance to support all our downline affiliates due to the following reasons:

1. Registration with SFI is absolutely free and no purhase requirement

Support isn't always about money. The best thing you can do to support them is by setting the example by showing up every day & communicating with them. Let them know what works best & what doesn't work. If it is money they need, show them how they can set a budget with what they already have. Or give them ideas of ways they can make extra money through their SFI Business or even things like raking the neighbors leaves or grass, mowing grass, or baby sitting.

What ever it takes

How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

I think it is most important to support your downline affiliates by teaching them about the SFI compensation plan, how the program works, and how to advertise and duplicate.

Communication is key. If you want your team members to duplicate what you're doing, it is important to teach them. It is important for them to log in every day, read the daily pages, and learn as much as

It depends what kind of support you mean. If you mean financial support because you want them to maintain their EA status, well, you should do it only when they are about to kick off their SFI business to bring it to sustainable level. Meaning they already have few affiliates who are purchasing and hopefully the next month they will be on their own.

It is not a good idea to support them financially when they don't even a single PSA. It's a waste of resources.

Nevertheless if

Support your affiliates with solutions!

When you find the solution to overcome an obstacle you personally experience, share it with your affiliates.

One solution I have found is I can make my sales VP for becoming a team leader by introducing people to the Pricebenders Auctions. When someone I refer to TripleClicks buys TCredits to bid on auction items, I get the sales VP. I have many acquaintances that like to bid in auctions. Introducing them to Pricebenders gives me Direct

"How does one support all your down-line affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?"

Excellent question. I've learnt in life that when you have, it is easy to give. However, if you don't have, how do one support another? The obvious answer is that you can't.

I feel you are in an excellent position. You don't have a choice as to approach your business the correct way. Learn and earn. Learn SFI and earn respect from your team by the advice you are

1. To get success in SFI you have to be very serious about your SFI business. You always have to be very supportive for your all downline. Your helping tendency can bring positive impacts.
2. If you are unable to support all of your downline, then you can reassign some of your downline to your PSAs. This process can reduce some extra pressure and helps all of them to get a good support.
3. You have to remember that, a good and efficient SFI member can be very handy for a strong network.

Supporting your down lines affiliate when you barely have enough to support yourself.

I don't just think that it is always right to support or encourage affiliates or down lines with money to succeed in this business, money is not everything in SFI..what if the affiliates turn around and rely solely on you the upline? They need to know what they have to do and put it in to practice to get things done when you are not there.

Always communicate with them through phones, genealogy

There is a saying that “You cannot give what you do not have.” In other words as a sponsor, you can only tell your affiliate to duplicate what you can do. You have to be honest with your affiliates. Let them know at the start that it will not be overnight success. I think with limited financial resources, we have to invest more in our available time, for time in itself when used productively translates into money. In this situation one has to focus more on advertising both on and offline. To

First you should take care of yourself and your status. If you can't afford to buy few Tcredits to buy off the missing VP you need to get to at least EA ,how can you help anyone else with money?Besides nobody needs any financial help first 2 months so you can (should) help them ONLY with tutoring and directing to where they can find the info they need. And if they need your help ( after their third month) you can send them some Tcredits or gift certificate. But be sure that they are interested ,working, opened
