How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?
This is a very important matter for faster success with SFI.I don,t pressure new affiliates in any fashion,because i feel it takes time to learn the great resources that are here.(YOU CAN LEAD A HORSE TO WATER,BUT YOU CAN,T MAKE IT DRINK)I feel the learning process at sfi will help convince serious affiliates that a standing order is the right decision.
Just outline the benefits. They will either understand, and sign up. Those you can work with. Or they will ignore you. Those ones are here for a free ride. Don't sweat over them. Work with those willing to invest in their business. Offer encouragement to the others, but after mentioning the benefits of a standing order, let it be. No one has time to hold everybody's hand for them.
Good question. We are however, to show them and points out the importance or reason for a Standing Order. One of these reasons is the opportunity to start earning commission. Which is the main reason for building your business. I personally like to think that if one made a decision to join businesses of some sort it is their sole responsibility to put some effort to make it work, and if at some point you need help you should ask.

Whit is the benefits for Standing Order. Who do not have a time to set regularly, they can place Standing Order, keep his or her position stand.
If you don't reach 1500 points by the end of the month, you'll lose all your executive benefits! These include all your shares of the TC Executive Pool, ECA Royalties, Co-Sponsor Commissions, your Executive Affiliate title, TCredits Bonus, and more.
You'll also PERMANENTLY LOSE all your co-sponsored affiliates!
You simple let them complete the first month where they get about 2000vp if they complete all actions, but they will realize by the 15th of the second month they cant make 1500vp and hence they realize what the standing order means. Somehow they will be forced to see it. Before it comes to that make sure you sending them messages about it.

The best way i can see to handle this is to make sure they know the benefits of having an so, explain what it will do for them and the rewards they can receive. Also show them how to set up a standing order for little money that can earn them the 1500 vp they need to keep their status and be entered into the daily grand each day.

On the one hand they have to have a sense of achievement, on the other part a minimal fee, which covers a portion of the standing order, and, last but not least, the affiliates to the will, willpower, perseverance and never flagging.
I'm not sure that you will not feel the pressure, but every time I breathe freely when the obstacles are not met.
It consists predominantly if it levels up, and it is still comfortable, with ease produced the necessary number of points.

I do have a standing order in I think that is the first part of the equation, Lead by example. If they can't afford an SO then you should encourage them to look at things they purchase anyway like vitamins, coffee, and energy drinks etc. This way they do not have any excess cash out of pocket and they are getting in the SO habbit for when times are better for Them.

Once their Sfi business starts to get in their mind, they would surely set up a Standing order for at least 1500 versa points.

It difficult to, to and even impossible.
I would say :"Impossible mission"
He / She has to be understood as an advantage if he/she want building a career as Team Leader.
