This starts from the onset of your PSA's business because as a sponsor you should already have a map of how to do things from your mistakes and your knowledge gained from the SFI family.

From the genealogy, when you click on your PSA's name or ID NO, you'll find a segment called checklist and on clicking on it we see this:

Discussed the marketing methods (your PSA'S name), plans to use to build his/her home business:

"Warm marketing" (friends, family, co-workers, etc.)
One-on-one local recruiting

Help (your PSA'S name) develop prospecting and sponsoring skills until he/she has personally sponsored at least five SFI Executive Affiliates and has achieved a Team Leader rank.

Monitor (your PSA'S name)'s duplication efforts with his/her own sponsored affiliates and continue to provide assistance as needed.

Continue to work with (your PSA'S name) toward his/her earning goals.''

If we follow this guideline with documented mapping on how to work on our Versapoints to obtain them and then add incentives, our Affiliates would be more inclined to try various means to fund their business adding to the help you can give them because they feel you have their interests at heart.

You can then augment by adding Gift Certificates but you have to be sure your Affiliate is serious enough from his participation in the exercise above so that he or she doesn't become dependent on you to move forward.

Let them post their gateways in free classified adds perhaps using manual posting because it is the best. Encourage them to pick ECA of there choice and start advertising its products as this may put some money in their pockets.

Use reassignment tab to reassign those active affiliates atleast five to them so that they can help them get enough points. Transfer Tc credits for them to bid with, get more Credits and win an item that will make them enthusiastic

Suggest to your new affiliates to re-invest their available TCredits back into their SFI Business. Suggest they plan how to cycle generate what they have acquired back into Commissions, Versa Points and Member Reward Points.

The following examples illustrate some of the ways the cycle generator process can help their business.

Example 1:
Purchase advertising on Facebook Groups: 5 TCredits
Receive 5 Member Reward Points(MRP) with purchase and earn 12.00 VersaPoints(VP) and commissions.

Your new affiliate should understand this is a business.
It is easy to become EA the first month and it is necessary to do that first month.

But it is not required to do that second month.
What would be the benefits of an EA2 without an active down-line?

It is required for you to guide your new affiliate in building his team and that will provide him what's necessary to become EA2 keep this status and gain benefits from it.

There are many methods of sponsoring your affiliates.
Those methods are useful if used at the right moment - rewards for certain achievements.

How would you know if your affiliate will move forward if part of his achievements are yours? Except the fact you'll feel better there will be no benefits for both of you.
Being a good sponsor for your affiliates implies for you to guide and reward them as they will move forward.

Well, exception may be possible, but I still think is to soon to sponsor up front an affiliate to become EA2 in the second month.

It is all very nice to help one's affiliates if one has that capacity. However, I can tell one thing that I believe. I am a new one, only two months here. My sponsor has sent me some pre-written mails but nothing more. So it was me to help me and nobody else.

My understanding is that if one wants to succeed, he must depend on his/her own abilities. If one doesn't have money to become EA by buying products, then he/she should opt for other methods. Personally I subscribed to standing orders, including s-builder co-op but if someone can not do that, then he/she should continue as an affiliate and accumulate the most of the vp from the to-do list. And then one must rely on traffic exchanges to advertise link and gain psa. Even without being EA or TL, one can earn from psas.

Having said that, ofcourse if someone has the capacity or means, he/she can always help his/her psas with however he/she can.

To support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed versapoints if he/she does not have any funds should begin in his/her first month of being an affiliate in SFI.
Try and help him/her earn all the necessary points in the first month, like making him/her a fast tracker and making him/her take all the getting started actions to earn the awarded versapoints. Also help him/her to earn all the versapoints that is awarded in the daily, weekly and monthly actions.
Advise him/her to read through the laundpads without answering the launchpad quiz. Tell him/her to take some of the intermediate actions and leave some for the second month.
In the second month, tell him/her to answer all the launchpads quiz and earn all the awarded versapoints and also to take the remaining intermediate actions he/she didn't take in the first month. Keep encouraging him/her to do all the daily, weekly and monthly actions for the second month without skipping a single day.
If these steps are well considered then you can support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed versapoints if he/she does not have any funds.

Hi,
I think the second month maybe he/she can get EA status but the third month is very difficult if he/she does not have any funds. I am telling my experience that I should buy something to get more VPs and I didn't yet arrive for the second time BTL status.
So my opinion, if they don't have funds,help them with some TCredits or gift cards or anything else to encourage them. Third month is very important and they can submitted so don't spare,you need just to reward them and learn how can they be successful on SFI. In some countries is very hard to sell or buy anything because of impossibility to use credit card, then it's very difficult to find EACs or any kinf of product you can sell. But nothing is impossible, don't lose your faith, go ahead and be optimist. Only with a lot of work, strong vision and optimism you can win.

(2)I will check their vp ledger if they are missing any acyion vp,s i will tell them how to get those vp,s.

(3)If they are hard working i will reassign some Psa,s to them so they get vp,s when these psa,s requalify as an EA .

(4)I will send them gift certificate which they can use at tripleclicks,they can buy 1 single tcredit which gives them 102 vp each.
