This is what I'm sharing my fellow affiliates in our team:
We are all still learning about leadership, whilst we all are leaders. What are we doing with it? Are we learning and growing? Or are we giving up when the going get's tough?
2. Many others will contribute to our growth. Are we accepting it? A few leaders are successful unless many of people want them to be!
3. What I'm sharing here, can be learned from nearly everyone. The greater part of our instruction is being reminded of things we already know. Isn't this so true. Many times we hear something, we are reminded of something else. That is the best way of learning.
4. All leaders make mistakes. The bad thing about it is when the person never learns of his/ her mistakes. The good one is to learn of your mistakes and grow from within!
5. Our growth as leaders depend on how we respond to what we receive! A boy played chess with his grandfather who always win. He then said: Not again! You always win! Why can't you let me win?
The point? He didn't want to learn. I use to play cards with people better than me. They taught me how to play well and became an expert in that game.
Leadership is not easy ... it requires a lot from a person. It's demanding and complex. Becoming a better leader pays dividends, but it takes great effort.
This message is not to show you something, but rather that all of us are going through the same things every day. Soon we'll benefit from all these efforts.
A clever person learns from his mistakes ... a wise person learn from other's mistakes ... the wiser from other's successes!
I hope this helps.
