What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

The key is to lead by example. New affiliates, in a way, are a lot like your children, meaning that they are going to copy what you say & do.

So if you have any success such as sponsoring, advertising, or sales, make sure you let your team know what & how you did it.

The most effective way for you to succeed is by helping others achieve their goals.

Also make sure you constantly communicate with your team & let them know that you're always there for them

This is a great question.

Let me start by saying that the only way to build a Team with true team spirit in SFI is to leave the communication open so at any time your team members can get a hold of you.

Next I will tell you that it is best if you reply with in a timely manor because if you do not then that team member may think you do not have time.

It maybe my best tip looks to you a little bit strange... Never mind, it is not a problem... in this case please focus on the point what you choose firstly but please do not forget about point 4! Later it maybe worth to come back ... and start with the beginnings... but you have to know: this way is more difficult and definitely slower...but undoubtedly give you a lot of chance to learn, which is great... Everything in your life depends on your decision...

A million dollar question here! My case, very largely, would begin with a lot of revival. I’m still figuring out the revival gospel required.

Otherwise, to build you need a firm foundation. Find and sponsor potential affiliates; who understand the nothing-for-something concept is utopian, and want to set up shop to have it well stocked, clean, open and full of well attended to customers.

I think that to build a great team, first of all there wis a Team Leader and a Sponsor prepared.
Who know how to motivate the team even with economic incentives with TCCard.
Then always prepare every day with new information and do always read the ebook SFI because most reads more comes into your head the better job.
Then you have to always be available with the team and give them the right support make them feel that they are not alone.
Help them grow in their new affiliates

This is an excellent question and thank you for asking it.

Team spirit is through the time put in, it develops and deepens as one grows the spirit between the team members...we are the cheer leaders of our team. We have the spark to light the fire within the group.

I would think that the best way to build a TEAM with true team spirit would be to start with yourself!
If you are the leader of a TEAM, you should teach your TEAM to do what you do. Team spirit has to start with ones self. You have to dig deep with-in yourself and find your good points and try and find people who have the same goodness in them as you do. People who are working toward a common goal, would work well together to achieve such a goal.

Most of the persons you contact will be asking this as the first question. How much are you earning ? When did you start earning ?
So without you yourself not earning you cannot build a true team.
So be patient,do not hurry,take your time to build the team.

My strategy is ALWAYS TO BE POSITIVE!

First you must lead them ... be the one they will admire!
Work hard, be there for your team... be an example, be the one they would want to be!

Make them feel successful in this job,
use words like GREAT JOB, You did it, You are a leader!

Your team must feel happy... an than so will you :)

Teach the team how and where to advertise. I believe this is the single most important part of this business and where 90% of affiliates fail.

Award t-credits for consistent action.

Reward the teams movers with gift certificates to help maintain ranks.

Share PSA with the team. The team need to see growth during these early months as commissions are small.
