Every time you read something interesting, keep a record of the author, and the comment. Build a newsletter, and start sending them out to those you sponsor and co-sponsor. You may even send them to your upline and YOUR sponsors, too.

People like to answer surveys if they ask questions about THEM! You may hold contests where the best submitted answer receives either TCredits or GiftCards, or other prizes. Ask them about their goals, their dreams, their business plan, and other information you would love to learn about them...make sure the answers are being posted in a public place...as others are watching YOU as their leader...and looking at your LEADER PAGE for helpful advise...so where else is a better place to place these answers than your Blog-section of the Leaderboard? This is where you also wish to mention the winner...the one with the best answers to the survey questions!

Also, you may want to mention them and add your article to the newsletter...when others see this newsletter and what they could have won...they will look forward to reading the newsletters for announcements for the next new contest. This is very inspiring.

You may even listen to the goals, and reward the members that have achieved this goal...the goal can be earn so many VP Points, or achieve EA Status for new members, or the person that submitted the Best Tip that has been voted with 5 stars, or above 3 stars, for example.

If you are consistent with your newsletters, announcements, contests, and advice to duplicate things that have worked for you...and rewarding those that listen to your advice...others WILL notice and you can achieve YOUR goals to help your team's goals get met...by inspiring them to do it...

But, your question asks from day one through their third month...why stop there? There are 12 months in a year! Encourage them to qualify for the 365Entrepuneur Contest so they may qualify for cash and prizes all throughout the year...not only are YOU rewarding them for achieving little goals, but SFI is also rewarding them for long-term-goals throughout the year, and even two years programs! If they become a Gold Plaque winner, then YOU advance, too!

Remember their success depends on YOU as their TEAM LEADER, but ALSO without THEM...YOUR success is NOT POSSIBLE, EITHER! Remind everyone this...AND even your upline, too...YOU are ONLY as successful as your ENTIRE TEAM IS! They need to ALL know you are there for them.

First of all let them to use all the getting started action for first month without using Launchpad and post the advertisement in personal blog or website.
Encourage them to use Daily action everyday and weekly action as weekly basis.
It’s very easier to become EA first month.
Second month let them to use all launchpad and teach them how to put advertisement in personal blog. It’s so simple. Then they have 100vp for setting co-op to their friends. They will get 250 MRP which they can buy 2TC which means they can get easily 200+ VP. So they can be retaining their EA2 position.
Third month you need to encourage them to become W3 member. So they can get some MRP and TC which they can use to purchase digital download from tripleclicks which make help them to receive some VP.
There are many more chances in Third month so they need to be smart.
Always tell them or don’t let them to QUIT.

The first thing to do is to help your affiliates get the fast track badge, if your affiliates can afford it I recommend that you tell them to set a standing order recommending them IAHBE so that they can immediately get 1500VP and become an executive affiliate instantaneously(also they get access to extensive training in affiliate marketing).

If a standing order is not an option for you affiliates then give them a list of tasks on the to do list specifically in the getting started area and tell them to start with the simplest and quickest tasks for example tell them first and formost to post a photo etc... that gives them points. Once the easiest tasks are done tell them to go over the basics which is the first and foremost and tell them to go over the launchpad, recommend only reading one chapter at a time but if they can handle more then it is up to them. The lauchpad gives your affiliates points after they complete the quiz.


So the point is to help them get started, tell them to complete the getting started tasks on the to do list so that they can get 1500VP within the first month and become EA's or even EA2.
Let me make this simple first help them to get the points and become EA and then give them this link https://www.sfimg.com/Training/GeneralTraining which is the training area then tell them to go over the material in the Program Over view and getting started sections.

The point is that you have to hold them by the hand and walk them through their first month so then they know exactly what to do in the next two months. In the first month you show them the 4 income streams in the basics and introduce them to the affiliate center in the getting started video, and show them the getting started tasks in the to do list so they can complete them. In the second month you introduce them to the tripleClicks store so that they can see the products that are sold and the new products often added, teach them how to use tripleClicks to buy and sell products so that they can get Versa Points, and earn commissions. My suggestion would be to let them know you are there for them all the time. Stay in regular contact, at least every second day and make it personal. You need to build up trust and confidence in you so that they will ask you questions. Give them your best tips for the first months and encourage them when they follow through. SFI can be overwhelming without the guidance and encouragement of a sponsor and people tend to give up more quickly.

I speak from experience because I never heard from my sponsor and so missed out on things like E365 and other subjects I wished I had known about. Also, there are so many things that I am still learning. Things that I would have never known to ask because I was new, but that a good sponsor would have informed me about.

It is important too to realize that your PSAs learn from you. The better of a sponsor you are, the more they will learn how to be a good sponsor too, which in turn will benefit you.

Hi Melvin,

This question hasn't been asked as fully as you have. "through to the third month" is a very important addition to a much asked question.

That said, there are more than one way to open a parcel(I don't believe in skinning cats).

You must first establish what funds your affiliates have to invest in SFI if any at all. I hear many people suggesting that you tell your new affiliates to get a standing order. If they have no funds to invest, this will scare off someone who may have become your best mover. It is possible to attain EA rank and to sustain it through to the second month without any financial help.

Now if your new PSA has no funds, you may want to tell them to be frugal with their VersaPoints. You have 330vp-341vp in any month excluding February for daily activities. Which leaves just over 1150vp to find in order to reach executive affiliate. The most important thing for them to do in their first month is learn the business. I know you keep on reading this but it cannot be stressed enough...Learn the basics...do the launchpad...learn the Rules of Success. Advise them that they need not think about making money in their first 2 months as this will be their training period. Building a successful business takes time. It does not happen overnight as you may have heard in the on-line ads that are in rotation right now. Once they learn how to build their down-line and how to post ads effectively, they will see how powerful this program can be and they will see that keeping their EA ranking is a small price to pay for success.

Of course, if your PSA expresses willingness to invest in a standing order then you have no worries. You need simply to help them the best way that you can by giving them all the tools that have helped get you where you are today.

To summarize:

I would tell them to focus on the training for now. Try to build trust so that they will have confidence in following your lead. Show them that this is not a scam and that it really works but they will not be successful in their first month or second, or even their third but by this time they will start to see the rewards of their efforts.

As a member of SFI for only 3 months, this is the best advise I can give. I am sure you will get a much more detailed answer further down the line but I hope this will help you in the meantime and provide you with at least one angle from which to approach this topic.

This is how I started. Each person is different but as a rule, I recommend starting out with Wave3. You get some free tcredits you can use to start listing products, plus it gives you offline marketing tools you need to be able to go out and find people who are looking for ways to make money from home.

Once you get your free stuff, you will get a bumper sticker. If you have a car you need to put it in a visible area and stand by the car (or truck) and have someone take a picture of you. A cell phone is great because it's easy to upload the pictures from a cell phone. You can send it to your e-mail or facebook. Then move it from there to your SFI pages once they're uploaded. Or if you have a smart phone, you can go to www.sfimg.com with your phone and upload the picture.

Once you've done all this and have used your offline marketing tools, I recommend trying out for the auctions. It's fun and exhilarating to win and you can win some really nice items with very few tcredits if you're willing to wait and watch. I've seen people win with one tcredit.

You can also upload your own pictures of things around the house you'd like to sell and list them on your Tconnect page at TripleClicks for only one tcredit for each item.

There is so much more that I could tell you, but I don't want to write a book here.

The following is what I have suggested to my PSAs as a guidline.

Step 1. To Do List
Make sure you truly focus on the "to do list" this is where you will get your 1,500 VP, which you will need to maintain monthly to keep EA status

Step 2. Launchpad
Now this is very important. Please be sure to go to the launchpad and read the lessons as they will give you all the information on SFI and provide helpful resources. However in the first month do not collect points. Other-words at the bottom of the lesson theres a test question in which you will earn 15pts. What you will want to do is simply read only the lessons. Next month simply return back to the launchpad, then answer the questions and collect the points. The reason I advise you to do this is because the 2nd month is always the hardest to reach your 1,500 vp's

All PSA`s must start with SFI Basics and Launchpad. At the beginning, it`s not really necessary to earn VersaPoints very fast. It`more important to understand the SFI`s philosophy doing tasks from To-do List.
In the first month is very easy to get EA rank or even Team Leader rank, but in the upcoming months the most of PSA`s are having problems to earn necessary VersaPoints to remain at least EA.
That`s why the best plan for all PSA`s is to place a Standing Order in the first month, so that to earn the necessary VersaPoints (1500 VP) monthly.
Maybe now you understand why Standing Order is so important.
SFI is a business, not a job. So, you must put some money in this business.
