Almost all jobs now days are found through internet. With less experience, relevant skills, lack of information and connections for acquiring appropriate knowledge, than many adults, young unemployed people often encounter particular difficulty accessing work.

Show young people that they can be successful, independent and financially free. With little effort they will learn a lot about marketing, auctions, sales, advertising, how to be a team leaders. I think SFI Website provides very relevant information for long life learning and therefore serves as a learning place for any beginner that is unemployed.

From my experience on SFI within this short period, I am convinced that SFI website is loaded with information that can prepare any individual to be able to acquire knowledge that can be applied in every aspect of work/business environment.

The inexperienced young person stands to benefit from several ways when he joins SFI.

1.) Sales: you do not need to spend any money, just listen to friends, family, etc to see what they may be looking for, then do some research and introduce them to Tripleclicks. You get the VP for the item and commission

2.) Sponsoring: You can introduce your friends, or advertise for free, hundreds of sites on Internet, and if you are unemployed you certainly have the time to research, and post adverts both to SFI, Tripleclicks, Pricebenders

I can say this because I fall into this category - young and unemployed. My SFI sponsor is my cousin.

* First of all easy way and tools is mouth to mouth spreading the news about SFI. it can be more effected and more reliable.
* you can use social networking site like facebook, twitter or own blog. is more easier to connected your own downline always. it's very difficult for new joiner who has very less knowledge about SFI. they might quit 1 or 2 months after.
* I am not sure flyer can work on your place, but if you think flyer can also helpful you can use one of the tools.
* Make your own website free using angelfire.com or same site to advertise your gateway.
