It's a very good question!In my opinion the second month is very important for a new affiate,you must share with her/him what you have learnt in SFI business,teach what you have done for your success,help achieve her/him dreams.Set together the goals.Comunication is very important.Give example of successful people in SFI and follow this people.Show your affiliate to focus on SFI business and follow the Rules of Success!

You don't, if you try to get them to the second month too fast then they will end up jumping all over the place and really missing out on getting to know the business, it's not about how much you obtain but how much you retain, saying you "know" something and "showing you know something is 2 different things so if you prepare them make sure they understand the "basics" before they jump to the 2nd month

To properly prepare your affiliates for their second month you need to educate them to do exactly what you couldn’t do as a result of ignorance as well as referring them back to the LaunchPad in order to fully recover from what they couldn’t do in their first month.

However,it is imperative to contact your uplines for more help in case the sponsor could not properly prepare them.

This particular period is quite important because it boost the morale of the downlines or permanent discourage them to proceed with SFI.
Encourage them and let them understand that if we must achieve anything that we should do something as well.Always remind them of your regular support and that of your uplines.

Also support them with electronic Gift Certificate and other necessary tools if you are in a position to do so.

By so doing,it is quite certain that you will retain them and to achieve their goal.

This is a very good question.

I believe that you need to start preparing your affiliates for their second month as soon as they join up.

In the first month is fairly easy to gain VP's and make Executive Affiliate. As we all know it is not quite so easy in following months. It is important that new affiliates understand that their will be some work involved in becoming successful.

I try and let new affiliates know that this is not a get rich quick scheme, nor am I going to do all the work for them. Read everything you can and ask lots of questions. Don't go mad and click on every point you can get, stop when you reach 1500, save a few for next month. When I say that I don't want them to stop reading and learning, just don't grab unnecessary points. Also if they don't ask questions they're not learning.

Also I try and get them to understand that even though you can be successful in this without outlaying any money, a small investment can speed things up. I encourage a Standing Order for 100 TCredits. This will earn them 1200 VP's for the month and hopefully this will get them into the habit of logging in each day to earn the other 300 required for EA.

To a degree I think a lot of new affiliates need to be "spoon fed" for the first few months but you need to be careful that this reliance doesn't continue to long. If they're logging in each day and reading the material that is sent to them I think they should be fairly self reliant after about 3 or 4 months.

I think there are three situations to address when helping Affiliates prepare for their second month in SFI. Finding out about these situations is a great way to get to know your Affiliates and find the best ways to help them be successful.

1. The first situation is someone who can afford a Standing Order of 1500 VP. We can explain that remaining EA each month with a Standing Order of at least 1500 VP is the first step in getting a downline (2 CSAs) and commissions will be provided based on the VersaPoint Executive Pool. This Affiliate will be providing an excellent example for their downline to follow.

2. The second situation is someone with about $20 USD a month to invest in their business. We can explain that 1500 VP can be reached again with a combination of Action VP and the remainder in TripleClicks purchases. The single TCredit purchase worth 102 VP is the easiest to explain and will be $20 or less to reach EA2 status. TCredits can be used in so many ways, that a beginning Affiliate can get many benefits.

3. The third situation is someone without funds or ways to make purchases. These Affiliates will need information on how to build the business with free methods. Word of Mouth, safelist and traffic exhange advertising, and social media. We can direct the Affiate to the beginner methods for Sales and Sponsoring under the Marketing tab on the home page. We can also assure the Affiliate that if it takes several months to reach EA, that there really is no other online business opportunity that a new entrant into business can get so much free help and supporting information and it doesn't matter how long it takes.

In all situations, earning (and learning from) all the daily, weekly and monthly actions help us achieve our goals and keep up to date on all the new and important information that keeps emerging to help us all be successful.

The best way to prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business it to let them know they will have to start working. SFI only works if you work it. Your business will not grow by itself.

It is not necessary to invest money into SFI, but it is necessary to invest time. You need to spend time on the site, learning as much as you can about SFI, marketing strategies, sales tips, and ways to duplicate your efforts.

However, learning how SFI works is not enough. After the first month, it gets much harder. You need to go out and advertise your gateways. You need to get people to sign up as PSAs and as PRMs.

There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of sites online where you can post your gateways and find new people. Some will be more effective than others. Learn to use key codes, see what/where your most effective advertising is, and tweak it a little. Learn as you go. Look for a new site every day.

I always tell my PSAs that the second and third months are the hardest. You need to put the effort in daily, yet the rewards are slow in coming. If you are persistent in your first few months, you will start to see real results. It gets easier as you learn, and you will become more effective as well.

I also let my PSAs know that, while it is not necessary, it is a good idea to set up a standing order. If you can afford S-Builder, do it. Your best investment to keep EA2 status is get buy 100 or 125 pack of TCredits.

After you study the auctions and your opponents, use your TCredits to bid on items that will help you grow your business. Also, make sure to use your MRP wisely. If you get TCredits one month, you may be able to use the MRP (you get from bidding) the following month to earn EA without purchasing a new pack each month.

Consider Affiliates want to spend the minimal amount of money to attain as much as possible. This affiliate would have to attain a minimum of EA while building a team and making money.

Advise him/her to:

1. Do ALL the daily actions (11 x 33=330 VersaPoints a month)
2. Do ALL the weekly actions. (38 x 4 = 152VP a month)
3. Make a lot of sales at our TripleClicks store.(Varies in VP and Direct
Commisssions)
4. List and make sales at their store in our TripleClicks store. (net profits)
5. Refer, approved and activated, ECA’s to TripleClicks. (100 VP for each; 15 and
EA is theirs)
6. Advertise on, all, free-to-advertise websites and blogs. (Likely genuine
sign-ups).
7. Come up with and set up an effective “free-of-monetary cost” advertising Co-op
for created teams ( 100 VP for each)

New Affiliates really need preparation. Most of them are still new and not yet used to internet marketing. In their first month, affiliates read a lot of documents. Most of them benefit from the content by gaining important skills that trigger them into their new business. Others get excited by the VPs and end up collecting all the VPs but end up forgetting what they learn. The first important thing is to remind them the importance of maintaining their EA rank in the second month. To achieve this with just action points could not be that easy since many of them would have exhausted all their action points in the affiliate rank. Advise them to get involved in TripleClicks where they are entitled to collect VPs from their sales and purchases too. From the purchases they make (especially for tcredits) they would be able to participate in other exciting features in our business. Some of them are, the pricebenders auction and the pick the price contest. They could also win important tools that are important in any affiliate programme. Good examples are the S-Builder Co-op Units and the Int'l Assoc. of Home Business Entrepreneurs subscriptions. Remember many second month affiliates have no cash budgets to bring into their new business and they really need some of these offers.

In my opinion, the best strategy is to spread your downline. By this I mented not only get yourself your co-workers, but also maintain them, encourage and give all support needed to be efficient in every way.

To stay active, they should do their daily action every day and also weekly and monthly action when available...

The other thing is they should also read as much as they can, remember reading is earning.It's easy to get 1500 VP in their first month, but in second there aren't "getting started actions" any more so they won't be able to get points from that.

To get some additional points, they should play t-time game to earn 2 TC every day if they are lucky. There's also a daily drawing, where more points can be achieved.

Remember, to stay active in SFI and get EA2, your downline should acomplish 1500 or even more every month, starting on 1st and ending on 31st. More affiliates are there in your downline, more money you earn.....

Because you'll get your money, when they acomplish their second month in SFI, and they achieve their EA2 status, not sooner....

So my advice is, they should follow your every step and you must help them in each and every moment you can. Some affiliates may find this job is nonsense and they quit, but you should not worry about that, some quit, the other ones come.

More you do in spreading your team (advertising) more people you get.....
In their second month they should stay focused on spreading their own team and helping them to achieve their goals.
