This is very good & important question indeed. If you can make sure that your SFI Affiliate continues in the second month, then you can safely assume that you have won half the battle. How to prepare him for the second month includes the following action.

1. As soon as he joins send him/her a welcome letter and make sure he gets connected to you through email or phones.

2. Once the connection has been set, you start guiding him/her even without them asking you for help.

3. Ask them to confirm their registration, complete their profile and white list [email protected].

4. Tell them to read ‘Launch Pad’ (30 lessons) and answer the questions asked at the end of each lesson. They should go through SFI Basic and read it fully to understand everything about SFI. They should log on daily & go to SFI home page and read all the information given under the Tabs Alert, to-do-List, Tips, Stream, Triple Clicks, 2A2, Movers, Growth, Goals, Ask SC and Win it.

5. How to get started can also be listened in the You Tube video at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QEo2P8MVfg&feature=player_embedded

6. They should find some time to read one lesson per day from Internet Income given under the Training Tab: (https://www.sfimg.com/Training/InternetIncome). There are 83 lessons in all giving information of all sorts that is required to become a successful marketer in SFI Business.

7. Ask them to apply practically everything that they learn daily and quickly they will be understanding SFI and start getting valuable Versa Points and income generated by these actions.

8. They should try to score at least 1500 Versa points in their first month itself by completing all the actions and clicking on the “Green Triangle”.

9. Send them weekly messages to give them useful information that may be required to learn about SFI and start earning Versa Points. Versa Points are nothing but indicate the amount of money you will earn in that month. Money earned depends upon Versa Points & Sales made through Triple Clicks.

10. Last but not the least, be available to your affiliates 24/7 through email, phone calls or Team Messages to render all the help they may need.

As a team leader, you need to set a plan for all your first time EAs and including those who just signed up and haven't logged in. During their first months, it is very important to have a continuous communication with them. Let everyone of them feels the importance of working closer together as a team and it is essential in achieving everyone's success. Motivate them to get involve.

Most of the affiliates who are doing their SFI activity in the first months are done or almost done with reading and studying the SFI tools and resources. Depending on their learning speed, they should be able to grasp the ultra-simple 3-step plan.

The second month could be a challenge to accumulate VPs to renew to EA2 without investing money. Therefore, recommend to them to place a standing order, if they are serious with SFI. Support them in their journey towards achieving to become team leaders. Although SFI provided all the resources and tools, they will need your help in doing their sponsoring, participating in pricebender auction, supporting their downline and so on. If you as a team leader, can convince them that you're committed to their success, then you have started to build a strong foundation to everyone in your team.

It will rake time and this will put you into challenge, which requires patience, determination and perseverance and at the same time building your character, your quality of leadership.

When I get a new affiliate, I always advise them that in their 1st month, I will do all that I can to ensure that they make money WITHOUT purchasing anything. As a matter of fact, I let my new affiliates know that their 1st month should be spent in "studying" their business.

The 2nd month, however, I tell them that this is the month for "some skin." I advise them that I will still work with them to help build their business. The greatest thing I tell my PSA's is that the 2nd month is the time to start investing. I advise the to either buy the 100 or 125 TCredits, since both will help achieve EA. My PSA's know that becoming EA is the necessary investment in your business every month.

This is a culture of impatience and, yes, in the second month in SFI business for most the grass will look greener in other pastures.
To be honest, I passed thru this as well, as I was not prepared and was thinking that reading, learning and implementing is more than enough.
When I discovered that some necessary purchase has to be made, I was angry.
Investing in SO 1500VS is the best investment that I have made since I’ve joined, but yet - I was angry!
Why?
It’s a good investment, would invest anyway, as I realized that it's giving me more space to work on other things. But, I guess, the person that was responsible to lead by example didn’t mention this because I asked and was assured that everything is free.
Now, that time is past.
I realize that it’s not who’s wrong, but what’s wrong that counts.
Everything IS free, but sooner rather than later, is better to be honest and explain everything.
Share your knowledge and self experience with affiliates as you would share with your family members or best friends.

In Hebrew, Greek and Latin, origins of the word “commit” all mean to cling, cleave, connect or stick.
Commitments are never struggling-free so be ready to connect and stick with your affiliates rather than leaving them to feel stacked.
Be sure they will appreciate it and the more you give, the more you will feel happy - as it is in real life.
It is an ongoing wheel of a positive atmosphere, very precious one.

That way, second month will pass more quickly as you and your team will feel supported and united. No feelings of struggle or unsatisfied expectations.

1) It is a good question because I feel real test start from second month. Therefore it becomes necessary as sponsor to let our PSA know about real business.
Most of us stuck in “Versa Point (VP)” phenomenon and think that accumulating VP is what earns you the money. But truth is something different, real business or money comes from Tripleclicks sale, building a deep rooted team and bringing ECAs under your umbrella. We have to make new affiliate understand this factor and suggest strategies to develop on these lines not on VP based strategies. I believe VP is by-product of real business, which just benchmarks our performance.
Therefore first month is very important to lay the foundation of long term business. It should become clear to new affiliate that it is good to accumulate free VP in first month so that, they can kick start their business fast and understand the business properly. The first month VP is mainly for motivating new affiliate to get trained. However it should not be hyped so much that it gets confused with real SFI business.
Another thing is to prepare new affiliate for right mind set and make them aware that to be successful in internet entrepreneurship, it requires certain mind set and they should be ready for the challenges which can come their way. For most of us it is a new field to enter in, even the concept of network marketing is not known to us.
New affiliates shall be told that internet marketing is essential to grow their business and they should start learning about that and they shall be aware that this may require lot of efforts when they see any results.
I believe in this way if new affiliate is prepared in the first month, second month will be more productive to them and they are clear about their expectations, strategies and goals.
2) 1.First teach your affiliate that this business belongs to him.
2. Guide him the missed step during the first month.

5) Firstly second month in SFI is not hard if everything is done properly from the beginning, if you achieve good communication and contact with members of the team,
important and feasible for the first month and get the status of EA to confirm the same in the second month, both for us and the members themselves because it means that everything is working as planned and regulated .. Other points are obtained as a reward for active work, I think the E365, then DailyGrand, daily tasks are a must, and success is not absent.
6) One thing to keep in mind when preparing your affiliates for their second month in business is to "always be ready to lead by example."

In other words, whatever you want your affiliates to be doing make sure you're doing it also. For example, if you want your affiliates to be active then make sure you're active.

Logging in and performing your daily tasks will help you to earn those all important SFI reward badges. When your affiliates see that you, their sponsor, are an active affiliate/team leader, some will want to emulate you and follow your lead in being active.

Do you want your affiliates to set up a standing order in their second month? Then make sure you have a standing order set up also. Soon after I joined SFI I set up a standing with the understanding that some will follow my lead, and sure enough some of my PSA'S, began setting up standing orders.

It's all about "leading people by example." I have found this strategy to be very effective in preparing my affiliates for their second month, and beyond, in business.
7) First, I have to say this what is here is not only for new members. This can make the members who have lost their EA status, only for obtaining the status of EA must either buy or collect a few months TCredit in T-Time game. At the same time they have to build their own team.

When you sign do not follow the Green Line because it is only for E365, which puts you in a group until next year participate in the prize pool, and it does not matter because you can lead to additional costs that would be avoided. Maybe someone still wants to enter this circle of members who participate in the E365. That's fine, but I do not know how much cost that way. Order a W3 that costs less than $ 2. In addition to the work on collecting points SFI gives each new member every day you need to try to get 2 TCredit on T-Time in TripleClikcs. You have to watch that you do not cross a lot more than 1,500 VP in the first month. Points that SFI provides to start with a little luck are sufficient for the first two months. MRP and TCredit from W3 and T-Time in TC give you the opportunity to in the third month of 1500 VP collect without any problems and get back EA2. So TCredit from T-Time must never spend at auctions while it not be the time.TCredits you have accumulated use up in third month in auctions where instead of the 5 MRP you get 10 MRP, which are marked with DP (double point). With these MRP purchasing 1 TCredit, for which they received a 102 VP, and put so much how much you need MRP reconstruction EA2 status. For the three months you gain a minimum of 300 PSA with free advertising on Facebook.Advertising method I will show you if you contact me, because you do not run the risk of ad quality.Of these 300 PSA on average will work about 10%, which is great because you will for the next three months have 50-100 PSA active .You will realize 100VP of members for every EA2. Next calculate yourself because this is what I have explained enough for a huge success. This mode I recommended for everyone and to convey their knowledge to new members, because it is the best and simplest way, and at no cost.
8) Hi! I want to share some FREE ways to get VP required to become an EA or Team Leader.
01. - Every day you can earn 11 VP for a total of 330 VP in a 30 day month just by doing the following:
Click on your "to-do list" tab on your SFI homepage and after reviewing the information on it, click on the rectangle at the bottom "I have reviewed this information" to receive one VP.
Do the same for the "tips" tab, "stream" tab, "tripleclicks" tab, "scoreboard" tab, "a2a" tab, "movers" tab, and "growth" tab to get one VP each.
Click on "the latest items at tripleclicks" link under your "to-do list" tab to receive 2 VP each day.
All of the above actions total 11 easy VP that you can get each day meaning you get 330 VP if you do this each day in a 30 day month. :)
02. - Get 35 VP each week for a total of 140 VP a month by doing the following:
Click on the link "your tconnect page" under the "weekly actions" under your "to-do list" tab once a week to earn 5 VP.
Go to "Hot Spots" on your SFI homepage and then go to "genealogy". Click on "Send an E-Mail/TeamMail to this group" to send a weekly message to your downline and get 30 VP each week. I use this opportunity to share helpful tips and hints.
03. - Once a month click on "submit ratings" under "monthly actions" under your "to-do list" tab to receive 10 VP each month.
So far, ALL of the above actions give you 480 easy VP. To become an EA you need 1050 more VP.
If you have not seen the "launchpad" lessons yet, you can get 15 VP for every single lesson. That give you total 450 VP. And if you have not seen every points on your "to-do list", just click them and if you find a green triangle at the top of the right corner.
If you did your 11 VP on the day before day you can qualify for day's DAILY GRAND just click on the blue button. You can win 10 CREDITS, 10 CSA, a prestige domain or 50 MRP.
04. - Another way to get VP is to use any FREE TCREDITS and/or MRP you have to purchase digital downloads at TripleClicks BEFORE THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH. NOTE: When you use TCREDITS or MRP to purchase items you don't earn VP BUT you get to do reviews on the items 15 days later if it's a digital download. You get 25 VP for each review. Or if you use MRP to purchase TCREDITS, you will get VP too. For example: you buy 1 TCREDIT for 120 MRP and you'll get 102 VP. If you stay above green line, you'll get 200VP and some MRP too.

It is obvious that VP in the first month comes by to all affiliates soo easy after fulfiling some minor task as they learn from their dayly and weekly actions taking them to the rank of EA.But for the second month,subcription is necessary to enable them advance from the rank of EA to EA2 or above.Here,they need to subscribe for either standing order or IAHBE for them to advacnce.Either of the two subscribtion goes with 1500VP which is given them an automactic change in rank to EA2 and close to Bronz TL.It is also possible that they could subscribe for the both to enable them earn 3000VP automatically with two rank advancement.However,they should not be caried away with just ranks advancement as thier are other crusial and serious knowledge with experience they need to to gather to make them click to the rank they are to maintain as they explore and assist other new affiliates in the business. First I'll let them know right from the beginning of the second month will be more difficult than the first month, and to study and learn as much, so in the second month can start to recruit others give them basic training information affiliates.

Second month is the most important for a new affiliate.
During first month anybody can get 1500 VPs & become EA without spending anything.
It is the second month where some purchases have to be made to attain EA2 status.
You can try to convince your affiliate by showing him the benefit of becoming & continuing to be EA2.
You have to show him by calculations that by spending a certain sum every month ,he will be able to achieve more than the sum he spends.
If he spends just USD 20(it is possible to retain EA2 with USD20 spend),you can convince that if your 5 PSAs downline spends just that much,you will be able to recover your amount.

Ofcourse theoritically one can manage being EA2 without spending anything. By completing daily,weekly & monthly actions one can have upto 500 VPs easily. Then if one has 10 EA2(which will give 1000 VPs) then one can retain EA2 rank.
