I have been involved in MLM most of my life, This online type of MLM is by far the easiest and with different multimedia access, it is even easier.
It is equally important to continually sponsoring, as it is to coach the ones you already have. However many get into the business as mentioned in Launchpad, as tire kickers just checking it out. They sign up, and when fortune does not fall on their laps they quit.
So you focus on the go getter's, the self motivators. You develop a relationship with them, keep in constant communication with them and teach them to duplicate yourself.
Try not to take to many all at once, otherwise you will just be spinning your wheels.
Tackle your top 3 affiliates, work with them and teach them how to be self motivator as yourself. Then move on to the next 3, but don't loose track of the first 3. Keep in touch and give them recognition and praise publicly every chance you get, without overdoing it.
Work in small groups of 3 and sponsor as many new affiliates as you go and that my friend should raise you to superstardom in no time at all.

Very good question.

For every new comer it is must to know that which option he can choose, sponsoring maximum affilliates or teach to fewest affilliates.

for the success of every business a hard working team is required and hence it is strongly recommended by the sfi team that teach and train the newest affilliate so that he can maintain his status by sales/ action points.

Suppose you have a TEAM of 05. Teach them the power of duplication.

Every one if having 05, Your team size becomes 25 + 05 = 30.

In 3rd generation 25 x 5 = 125.

Andin next generation the size becomes more and more and you achieve your goals.

While sponsoring so many affilliates without teaching them well as like a garbage for you.

Therefore concentrate on few wel learned PSA's.

I think you need to do both to get better results and you will have a good understanding of how to work with them. With PSA`S you will be coaching and learning at the same time and with new affiliates you will allow them to get into the depth of SFI. They can learn and copy your work with their own PSA`S and in turn sponsor new affiliates,they will look up to you as their leader.

You will find out what best works for you after you sponsor PSA or new affiliates!

SFI is a Organization that continues to grow and improve. There is so much solid information here that if we only apply parts of it and employ consistency we will succeed. In my humble opinion it's best to continue sponsoring affiliates and work with the workers. I say this because my experience has been one of continuously sponsoring new members and I have never been in the position of not being able to help those that requested help. I have yet to be so overwhelmed with the influx of new members wanting my attention that I felt I needed to stop sponsoring; I would love to have that problem.

The workers are so few and far in between; therefore, it's possible to sponsor dozens, hundreds without getting a real go-getter. I prefer to continue my sponsoring efforts. If on the other hand I one day happen to have lots of good workers I would start re-assigning these ones under other PSA's that are Movers creating more momentum for my business and creating happy affiliates that see the vision and therefore willingly help those in their downline. I would never stop sponsoring or sponsor fewer affiliates. How would I grow my business quicker if I sponsored fewer affiliates? How would I continue the duplication process if I discontinued sponsoring or sponsor a few which brings me back around to the first question; "how would I continue to grow" my business and fully use the principle of leverage? Do we not want to earn residual income? Then keep sponsoring and helping those that want success and understand the principles of "Leverage and Residual Income" as clearly as we do.

There are other schools of thought on this matter of sponsoring but to sponsor a few is not the way to go in my opinion. I want to advance as quickly as possible and take as many people with me as I can to the "Good Life." SFI wants us to be very successful and use the tools provided. The Organization continues to grow, so should we. I will stop sponsoring when SFI stops growing and improving or when pigs fly:)

Sponsoring your down line members and recruitment for more are key actions that any affiliate will find helpful in becoming successful. SFI success is from duplication so sponsoring new people and coaching current people is duplication.

Both strategies are equally beneficial so best to use both to build not only your business but to support others to be successful too.

First, "sponsoring fewer..." is almost insane. You do not control other peoples' lives. If you want more people to come into SFIMG/TC you MUST advertise constantly.

Second, "coaching" is the main thing you DO have control over. Start with developing a friendship foremost in your mind and try to give something of value with each contact with your down line. Avoid loading up your PSA with 25 "major" points at a time. Keep it Simple and Sweet. And always thank them for "being on my team."

I truly believe because actually the quality not the quantity that matters most here, and almost wherever.
  You need to spread the word as much as possible to fight in every corner but at the same time not have to make any compromise on quality. If we see that 5 PSA and yours are very active in everyday tasks, and scoring good versapoints every month and maintain their status, then you need to run for longer, these five members are enough. The best and the simplest way of sponsoring fewer PSAs are to
"Bid for 35 PSAs" in PRICE Benders Auction.
This is what I experienced and now I have more than 30 PSAs in my down line to concentrate on coaching and helping them to build.

* For this you must have sufficient TCredits (minimum 200 TC)in your account.
* You must have your Leadership Page updated and ready to refer your PSAs.

You may not win at first time. But you should understand the bidders, the time and your comfort levels in all respect for bidding.

In order to sponsor continuously you should go for Free/Paid advertising.
The business is like " PAY and GET PAID ".

It is true that, SFI has provided you everything you need to achieve those things without hesitation with positive attitude.

I believe it is best to try to keep getting new affiliates but also help any who ask for help. I try to reassign some of my new affiliates to the ones that are making a good effort to get their business off the ground. This helps them and myself because if they are not getting referrals on their own it builds them up. And I still benefit from the ones I reassign plus it gives me more time to help anyone who needs it. I hope this is helpful.
