What and who is a superstar?

I think that superstar is the person who achieved their goals. I mean if you do it too or if you already did achieved your goals, I think you will feel like a superstar.
Maybe other people thinks differently, but my definition is like I already said "Superstar is the one who achieved their goals."
So by that, when you do that, you will become a superstar and no one can say you're not because you are.

One can become a Superstar in Sfi by the following ways:

1. DAILY LOGIN:
Logging daily to the Affiliate centre is the foremost duty in Sfi which is to earn the daily Vp,to study our movers and to know the updates of Sfi.

2. REGULAR TEAM MAILS:
Sending a teammail atleast weekly once play an important role in guiding our downline, gives a model to our downline and to encourage or trigger our downlines to success.

3. VIEW AFFILIATE SNAPSHOT:
It plays major role in analysing Where our affiliates are? In what parts they are struggling or in What area they have to focus to gain success.

4. STANDING ORDER:
Standing order for 1500Vp is vital part of the bussiness since it helps to maintain our rank steadily even if we avail a week leave or so.

5. SPONSORING:
Try to sponsor atleast 5 quality affiliates every month.For this advertise in various websites atleast twice a day.

6. BUY TRIPLECLICK PRODUCTS:
One should buy our own products for our own use.This enables a easy way for us to introduce or sell Tripleclick products.

7. ECA:
ECA plays a huge role in growth by making a way to the peak of the business.This can have a start from our very near-by shop in our hometown to an international shop through our blogs.

8. PARTICIPATE IN AUCTIONS:
Affiliates should participate in Auctions so that you can buy our long term wishful product in an unbelievable prices which paves way to approach our family and friends to peak into Sfi.

9. START A BLOG:
All affiliates should have a own blog which paves a betterment way for Sponsoring, Referring Tc members, ECA and pricebenders aution.

10. READ Sfi NEWS,FORUMS AND ASK SC:
Sfi news gives the updates and act accordingly which is neccessary for our success.In Forums as well as in Ask SC we can see questions of complicated or a new type which was answered by experienced affiliates.

11. SET GOALS:
To do all the above actions promptly set a short term and long term goals which makes you to lead in Vp, thus our rank and hence the badges galore.

12. Above all, HAVE THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF TRAINING AND LAUNCHPAD LESSONS which acts as a ladder to climb up.

Therefore, On maintaining the above points make or turn one to be a Superstar in Sfi.

Yeah it's a good question you have asked... becoming a superstar in SFI is not a day's job,it takes serious learning,commitment and dedication to soar to greater heights in SFI, incase you don't know, SFI has rules and you should follow these rules if you want to succeed in SFI, SFI has also provided all you ever need to be successful,your duty is to lay your hands on them practice them and act upon them, sooner or later you will see yourself climbing up the ladder of success in SFI...

I personally what i do is very simple....
1.I sponsor affiliates.
2.I present them the income potentials in SFI.
3.I teach my Affiliates how to sponsor Affiliates.
4.I motivate my team members by recognizing and publishing their achievements.
5.I tell them to duplicate my steps.

Becoming a Superstar in SFI is if the person can make the stars for its PSAs.

Means to understand and perform all the provisions in the SFI, and an expert in business in TripleClick as the main back up.

It also means a lot of time will always be ready every day, and money (comparable to that necessary) every month for SFI

A superstar could be defined as one of the best affiliates in SFI. I believe any affiliate with the PTL (platinum team leader)rank is automatically a superstar.

To get to that PTL rank I think you just need to follow the SFI rules of success. This will jump start you from your current position to the topmost position and thus being referred to as superstar.

TC Members with a 1,500 VP Standing Order have an advantage of becoming superstars. This is so because they do not concentrate on collecting the monthly VPs. They spend most of their time sponsoring and mentoring their PSAs and CSAs and thus stabilizing their versapoints matching.

The best goal that could move your into stardom is if you also try to outdo fellow affiliates in your class, country and then overall rank.

It is challenging but also interesting!!!

First you have lot of fraud on internet, a lot of people were deceived and they wasted lot of money. Sfi is not fraud so, first thing you need to do is teach them how to work, how this program work and if you teach them that, they will be successful, if they are successful you are successful two. You cant get badge of superstar, but if you made your succes you will be superstar, you will think like one plus you will have money like superstar.

Ok, more seriously now...yes, it is possible to become a Superstar in SFI and we already have Superstars in SFI also; on a bit different basis of playing... on a basis of smart and hard working on our field of work.

We could divide SFI on different sections of playground (advertising, referring, sponsoring, writing, auctions for example etc.) and on each of these sections we could find Members, who are not doing an average SFIer's work only. They are simply doing a step more than others. We know them and we could call them microsuperstars of the particular SFI sections.

So, to become a microsuperstar or Superstar in SFI I think it is not enough to work hard with doing regular daily, weekly, monthly works only. You have to be a step forward, you have to make a step more than others in certain section if you wish to become this.

And you don't have to care about that, you will not decide about that. The SFI community will honestly recognize you as a microsuperstar or Superstar on your doing and working basis when your time become.

Finally, a real Superstar in SFI you will become when you will be recognized as a microsuperstar on as much as possible mentioned sections of our SFI.

Some common things of such persons are: clear vision, willing to learn (also from own mistakes), focused and developed working habits, creativity, curious researcher, every time prepared for taking action; even on a new way, without fear to loose and making mistakes sometimes. And of course, he (she) is a good leader, willing to help and share his (her) knowledge and experience to his (her) downlines and community.

If I see like a show SFI, I suppose the Superstar is a great leader or so called awesome sponsor. The things in my point of view are like this:
1. Treating SFI as a serious business
2. Making team members friends
3. Over 300 000 down line
4. Doing everyday activities and sharing knowledge in ASK SC
5. Be honest, open minded and leading by example
6. Personal meetings with people in team /online with video or in person/
7. Full - day work with SFI
8. Organizing group events and team buildings to make the bonds stronger
9. Always online for the team /e-mail, phone/ and unconditional support
10. Respecting team member's choices and strategies regarding the business

This is all I can see now, for me this is the superstar image.

What is superstar? Is someone considered to be a superstar if he has great achievements or when someone is famous because he employs diplomacy?
A superstar could be defined as someone who constantly gives support to his team and to others in SFI community through A2A or SFI Forum. He must be willing to put the needs of his team first, because he knows that if his team becomes successful, he will also become successful. If you have this in mind leadership through service, the fruits will show, like power rank, number of badges, etc. I believe superstar is synonymous with being successful.

As a rule, it’s the more successful people who are humble and ready to help. They are sincerely interested in their work and success, they are eager to see that their works lives on and that somebody capable succeeds them when they retire.

Great question, as this caused me to consider first of all what does this mean...

From an on-line dictionary, superstar means the following "someone who is dazzlingly skilled".

So with the use of this definition, I wondered what makes any SFI affiliate "dazzlingly skilled". I had the following few thoughts come to mind:

A superstar in SFI is a reader of information; subsequently, readers become leaders. So every affiliate taking the time to read the resources that SFI has to offer to all to help with skill development is on the road to becoming a superstar;

A superstar in SFI has developed and continues to develop health business practices. It is the healthy business practices that affiliates use and learn which develops their entrepreneurial spirit also known as super-stardom;

A superstar in SFI would be surrounded by SFI mentors so as to learn the skills that are necessary to become successful.

A superstar in SFI is committed to sharing business knowledge and business practices with others.

It is in my humble opinion that every affiliate (no matter how many months or years of service) is a superstar in SFI.
