If you have PSAs and you are new to SFI, I would recommend redirecting your PSAs questions to your upline,SFI support, Forum or A2A. Turn to people in SFI community who have experience. It is only good to give advice to your downline, if you are 100% sure on it.

You want to pass on true and correct information to them, because you want your whole team to succeed. It may take some time to learn and understand the core of SFI business and then become a good adviser.

I like this question. There are many answers to this question, Depending on one's perspective, the answer likely may be slightly different. With that being said, I will try to provide the most helpful universal answer and be as objective as possible.

SFI is all about affiliates helping affiliates or each other help each other daily. At one point, everyone one of us was new to SFI and all received some sort of guidance likely. Very likely too it came from someone whom maybe did not

A very good question indeed!

The first impression of the web site for new affiliates can be very confusing. A lot to read and to assimilate!

I create a document where I make use of screen shots to show the affiliate exactly where to go to earn VP's. For instance how to get to the VP Ledger Board, where they see the "starting-up", "Daily" "weekly" and "monthly" tasks. This way it is not so difficult for them to navigate their way around

Good questions. To me the answer it's simple - "Let's do it together" I can say proudly with my best affiliates and friends in SFI we are together until today - 3 people - 2 CSA and 1 PSA. In the beginning people need more support and in the middle of process they need to feel together in something right for them with right people in it. In the end of process all the people say "We did it together" and it's not so important if you're just started or you're advanced. The most important

It is important for you to understand that the moment you decide to become a sponsor of a PSA you are assuming the role of a LEADER.Hence there will be expectations about you from your PSA,even if you are also new to SFI. Hence you are not expected to give an excuse that you are new to SFI&that will have a considerable impact in their future dealings with you.The Moral of the story is that you need to prepare yourself to be a leader through lot of groundwork before you start sponsoring PSA's.If

This is such a good question! Something I'm sure most of us have had to consider. Here then are some of my thoughts:

We are always older in SFI than our PSAs, no matter how long after us they sign-up.

The worry that a PSA might ask a question we don't know the answer to
- let that motivate us to learn quickly but thoroughly
- let that motivate us to be super familiar with our SFI and TripleClicks webpages
- let that motivate us to wisely time when to start building

The best way to advise new PSAs is to keep in contact with them. dont overwhelm them with to much information but send them information that you feel will be helpful to them. also and I think this is the most important thing , you have to be available to your downline you have to answer thier questions in a timely manner and if you dont know the answer you have a responsibility to investigate it and find out the answer for them. If you have bad habits your downline will have bad habits if you have

Without even realising that I would very soon have my own downline, I used MS Onenote and copied and pasted any tips and all info that helped me from the very beginning. That served me well. When I got my first CSA's and then PSA's I had it all handy and knew it would also help them.
I continue doing this and refer back to all these notes regularly and I find answers to most questions in my pasted notes.

There is plenty of material for reading on SFI and on support groups. It is advisable to read as much is possible so you can forward your knowledge to your affiliates.
There is forum too, which is full of different topics which can help you build your business fast.
If you get question from affiliate on which you don't know answer, you can always ask or send him directly to someone from your's upline, they will probably know answer.

Remember and follow the rule: Readers are
