Learning and earning is how I state the essence of SFI and TripleClicks. As I retired Computing teacher I know that if I did not keep up to date with computer programming then I lacked credibility in delivering lessons to my students. In a rapidly changing world no-one can rest on former achievements.

I found that within a short time of joining SFI I was allocated two CSAs from my own class. While one didn't respond and fell away from SFI the one who responded took up my contact and indeed we are firm friends. We shared our discoveries and trials and grew stronger for it. I never regard myself as being more knowledgeable than any of my team for in my second homed CSAs are more capable Team Leaders. What I can offer is myself and a listening ear being prepared to find out answers if any of my team are having questions they need answering. By learning about their answers I am building up a knowledge bank that will be useful to others so I hunger for learning. I hope my enthusiasm helps my team get excited about SFI too.

First always advise them to log in everyday and do the To-Do-List
Then you see they are being active start sending them information.

Must affiliate program gives you advertising links right away, So make sure you tell them about their gateways and the ways they can use them.

I like to give them a gateway link with their affiliate ID all ready in place and then also give them direction where to find the rest of the gateways.

Tell them about their new store at TripleClicks, must new affiliates will not find out about their own store and how to earn from there, so you need to help them.

Tell them about news letters how important these are if they not sure what to say

Faster you can get them doing things the more they will do, do not be a lazy sponsor always send motivating letters.

Get them to the forum, tell them they can ask question here, and get top affiliates around the world will reply to them.

2.Teach them sponsoring and how to advertise.

3.Motivate them to be active in SFI everyday.

4.Your new so motivate yourself by reading.

When they start getting sign ups, show them the genealogy report and how to use it
This is your affiliate bass station, You will need to spend some time here yourself to learn the genealogy report is very important to manage your affiliates.

So much more you can learn yourself and let your affiliate know about, You read something important in SFI share it with your Affiliates.

What you learn must be put into motivation letters to your affiliates.

When I joined SFI, my sponsor gave me 2 PSAs and I asked myself the same question. What I did was this:

1. Study
I studied the pages in SFI over and over and went on-line to find relevant blogs to expand on the knowledge base here.

2. Blog
I set up my own blog and begun to write about everything I had just learnt while it was still fresh in my memory.

3. Teach
I sent group mails out to my PSAs teaching them everything I had learnt and directed them to my blog for further reading.

When we learn something, we retain more in our memories if we read it back. We retain more still if we teach it to someone else. So by teaching what you have just learnt not only helps your PSAs but helps you to better understand the information you have just processed.

I hope this helps. I found it a valuable teaching method to both my PSAs and myself.

Everyone of us here learns everyday in SFI be it new affiliates or senior affiliates. You definitely need to pass on the knowledge that you gained from SFI from the day you joined to your new PSAs as you want them to do what you do by duplication.

The advice must be acceptable to your new PSAs and useful in helping them improve or develop in SFI.

1) Fit the advice to the need of your new PSAs by using small step and tailor your advice to your new PSA's ability to benefit from it. Be sure the amount of behavior you are dealing with is within his/her ability to understand and accomplish. The feedback must be usable, so make sure the level of detail fits the skill and knowledge of the person receiving it.

Remember that you are not supposed to give instruction BUT giving them the guideline on achieving their goals with SFI.

Instead of saying "Please log in everyday to SFI website and go through your to-do-list to earn Versa Points everyday and you can also qualify for the daily draw that you might win something. You can also earn points by going through the SFI lessons", you should also stress the importance of doing the task. You can refer them to the link: "please refer to https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics"

2) Focus the advice clearly on the behavior of your new PSAs. Avoid insulting remarks that may damage their confidence. Feedback should be aimed at a single person, not spread across your new PSAs. Don’t overburden them with too much advice to handle at one time. Make sure your new PSAs to whom you’re giving advice is interested, attentive, and ready to benefit from the advice. Focus on changing behavior, rather than on personal traits.

3) TIMING of advice should match new PSA's needs. Give when most usable. Advice should be provided when the person can most benefit from it. Certain time, it is better to wait for your new PSAs to reach EA level. Once they reach EA level, you can start giving them some kind of incentives for them to advance themselves in SFI.

Hi to everyone as a new affiliate in SFI

I have studied very much about internet income.
I encourage all my affiliates to read and read every day the internet income lessons at SFI training.
For more, as I go every day to read and complete the Ask SC, I encourage all my PSAs to do every day the same thing. There is much more than other place to understand every thing how SFI works.
I speak very much with my Sponsor. So, I have all what need to answer about their questions.
Of course, for all of us is very clear to go every day at To-Do List for complete all Daily actions and then weekly actions.
I know about the stream posts. I can explain to my PSAs for role of the Stream Posts.
With my A2A friends, I do conversation about many questions. And speaking with them it is very helpful. The same need to do and my PSAs.
Since I am a Team Leader, I send many emails to my PSAs. So for them is more easy to do the same thing with their down lines in their team.
Going attThe SFI Forum,I can find many questions and answers . So, if they ask me, I go at SFI forum and I get my answer for their questions.
Since at SFI we have SFI support and training, we can get everything we need in SFI

Great question Stephen,

This is a concern to every new affiliate.

The best way to help your affiliates is by learning everything you can about this business. Read the forums and Ask SC, ask questions, talk to your upline. Immerse yourself in the business.

The other way is to lead by example, log in every day, consider a standing order to maintain EA rank (at least) each month. Do what needs doing to build a good list of badges on your homepage. These show that you're serious.

Finally, talk to your PSA's and CSA's, let them know that you're new and still learning, be honest with them. Let them know that if you don't know the answer to a question you'll do what it takes to find out. And be enthusiastic.

It is certainly not impossible to advise others despite yourself being new in SFI. The key to it is understanding that you are not alone. From the moment you join SFI you have so many resources available to you: your upline team; a2a; training materials; support desk; ask Gerry and the forum. You can use them to find solutions to the questions you are asked. You will find it useful to be HONEST first to yourself and to the person you are advising. If you do not know the answer, admit it. Tell the person you will need to ask someone more knowledgeable and will get back to them. People love HONESTY.
I was once caught in a situation where I did not know the answer. I offered to look it up and phone the person later. Much to my surprise, they phoned me first having found the answer themselves. So besides being HONEST, be open enough to learn from others.

At the end, at least you can do is to direct him to ASK SC, Forum, Basic, Launchpad, etc...

SFI community is big enough, bigger then you, show them that and teach how to use it.

This is a great question
one that I asked myself from time to time

What helped me was
I went back to when I first started

And I went back over the basics and wrote down what I had the most trouble with

And then wrote down the easiest way to do them

And actually the SFI basics says it all

so encouraging them to keep going over the basics
until they understand them

and if there is one that they get stuck on
to email me and I will point them in the right direction

some people are slow learners
and others pick up on it fast

we just need to be patient
and help them as much as possible
without actually doing the work for them

If they really want to learn the SFI business
they will take the time to follow through.

Try to learn something new about your business every day and then let them know what you've learned and if you have tried something that worked for you. Don't over communicate,of course, but maybe twice a week or so give them something that will help them as well.

Make sure they know you are new as well, so you'll be building something together at the same time. You can find some strong team members when they see you having success. When you hit one of your goals,issue them a challenge to do the same.

Be up front with them that you don't know much but you will get the answers they need from upline or one of the many resources at SFI.
