Goals have their special ways of helping you out in the end.

Personally, I am one who sets up goals, but I never end up striving towards them later. It is very important to achieve goals unlike me because they help you stay on task, and they help your organization and scheduling sky-rocket.

I believe it is important to set the goals in the first place because it helps you be the best you can be. Trying to reach your goals and achieving them shows that you are trying your best.

Also, it gives you a better look about what the end product is going to look like. Plus, I believe goals compels you forward. Having that drive gives you the motivation to accomplish your goals, too

Goal setting is really important in becoming successful in SFI and in just about anything else we want to achieve because our plans miscarry when they have no aim. When a person does not know what harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind.
It is not enough to take steps which may some day lead to a goal; each step must be itself a goal and a step likewise.

In all things it is important to consider the end results. If the end and the purpose for which we are striving to achieve is big enough no obstacle can deter us from reaching.

It is our goals, the end results we expect that will keep us going in the face of challenges and difficulties.

Without a goal how will you know when you get where you're headed? How will you know even when to celebrate?

Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.

Imagine a boat without compass.

This is exactly how a business person looks like, how he behaves etc., before setting his dreams, goals, plans and wishes in one vision about his business.

And goals are a very important part of our vision. They are showing us our direction on different levels of our way.

Of course, it is not bad to have vision and goals for our life also and for each particular action we are going to do...

somewhere we simply don't want to plan also...

But it is not good to do this in business... and especially not when we wish to be succesful. Busines is not an abstract thing, so we simply have to react, taking action on an unabstract, very defined way.

So, we have to trace the way to our goals in our business. That's why we need and make a plan, that's why we need to plan the steps how and when this could be reached. Short, mid, long term ones.

It is very good to write down our goals and plans, to see, to check them from time to time. At SFI we have now a great possibility to plan and write down our actions daily, we have the possibility to check and change our monthly plan, our long term plan, all our SFI goals also and more...all in one place!

As I saw from the SFI news, the truth is, 95% of the people are not setting up their dreams, goals and making different plans for action and taking this action ever.

What do you think, are they doing what they are wishing and they really want?

I'm afraid not, people without goals and plans are probably working for someone else who has setted up his goals and plans. Think a bit about this, it will be much easier to set up your goals and plans, if you are still not practicing this maybe. :)

Setting goals is important in this business, such as goal setting and important in life.
If you do in your life know what to do, so you must know and what do you want to work.
If you want to build your own team, you have to know exactly how.
Example: I want this month five PSA, and I want to teach them how to for three months become SUCCESSFUL leader.
What does that mean? I'll do everything I can. You will learn what it is SFI, you will learn them to read. They will learn how to be good team leaders.
What will it bring? They will see that I have a goal and to realize every time.
It will seem the same, safe.
And all of this will lead to fulfillment and financial goals.

Goal setting is not only important for success in SFI, but in life itself!

A goal is simply a means of challenging yourself to achieve, with a clear understanding of what your future plans and dreams are.

Do you get up in the morning, get into your car and drive to wherever the road takes you, or do you have a destination planned?

For this same reason you need to set your goals to become successful in SFI. However, a goal without a plan, cannot be pursued nor achieved!

A very important and largest: it is necessary for one's success in SFI or any business for that matter, is to create a plan and learn to follow.But if we do not plan and do something in 3 days, chances are you do not fulfill that plan.As an adult, I learned to make more refined targets and use them as a map or guide. When I came to SFI first I set goals that I thought I could reasonably achieve. I did not get it yet, but the process has achieved many other goals that were as important as the ones I wrote down.
But I got discouraged mm because we could not do so quickly. But, I know that only my backup sets and helps me try to invent more and better ways to achieve them.
I went on and I slowly dropped to learn every day and now also teaches ina

Not only in SFI but in life. Everything in life has goals; whether you realise it or not. Only with goals, you are able to achieve something. No goals means no direction. For example, I'm thirsty. My goal? To get a drink. How? By walking to the refrigerator and getting it.

Goal setting is important for anything you plan to be successful in. It gives you directions and how to work towards them. It gives you an idea of the time you might take to achieve it and how hard you need to work on it. No goal in mind is like just standing there and do nothing. So, nothing happens ;)

Setting up goals is so important to get success in anything for everybody.

Setting a goal is our target where we can try to achieve it without any compromise.
If there is no goal/target there is no challenge and no success.

It is really a good job done by SFI by adding goals tab to us. Now everyone has to set our own goals and move towards achievement of the set goals. It is a kind of discipline, commitment we are giving ourselves for our success.

Once we set our goals we everyone know what we have committed to success in SFI and it is for our own growth. We will have something to achieve.

The reason why setting goals is so important is that without goals, we run the risk of 'drifting'.

This means time passing without achieving what we want to achieve.

Goals help us to stay on track.

Goals also help us to make progress and not get distracted.

Getting distracted means losing time and losing money. In business, this is not good.

Try setting small achievable goals that are not too difficult to complete.
