I just started a co-op and added my top ten movers to the list, then I let them know they will receive 1 2or3 PSA's,
I choose this because I want to gift my workers, also I send them instruction on how to contact their new Recruits.
For the newer affiliates this is easer than coming up with funds to join a co-op that they may not yet understand the value of .
Then I teach them to set up their own co-op to get the VP's,
You can invite your team to join each others co-op.s ,when they learn how much value they can receive they will be more willing jo buy into cash co-op's for larger teams.

You have to be very careful while forming a co-op. You have to first estimate the cost involved to advertise at some useful sites to get good results. You have to identify the sites to advertise. You should do your homework before forming a co-op otherwise if you are not able to provide good results for your downline then the result will be negative.
I participated in a co-op that guaranteed 90 affiliates at a very good price. It is guaranting 120 PSAs this month. I got more than the guaranteed PSAs but none of them was active.I have now over 200 PSAs but none is active.
So was I satisfied ? No
It is better to stay with S,Builder or purchase PSAs from pricebender auction.
Ofcourse if you give good results, your downline will be more than happy to participate in it. You have to tell them what to expect.

Good question!
The answer is simple: Point out the fact that a HUGE down line is necessary in order to achieve the level of income they are planing to receive.
Second: Explain that the advantage of a co-op is that the cost of obtaining new down line members is kept at a minimum by pooling money from several participants instead of putting up the full cost of "X" number of members all out of her own pocket.
Third: A member who is receiving new members every month is a "happy camper", especially if the member can select whatever level of participation fits her budget.
I hope this helps. Be sure to contact your own sponsor to find out if he agrees with this concept.

I try to put myself in the place of my team.
Even CSAs are given free access to a co-op which I target for their country so that language and culture is easier than having to support using translations.
I try to target workers so that they can pass on what they do and what they have learned to their recruits.
I use S-builder often to reward CSAs as I cant reassign affiliates to CSAs only to PSAs.
To measure who is working I look not only at Movers tab but use the genealogy quick filters to see who is working across all PSA and CSA levels.
Only criteria I use is to see they are working daily. Even better if they have established a 1500VP as it proves they are serious to show using the badges that they are working and hence able to lead by example.
To our success.

When you set up a co-op the best way to make your downline participate in it is, first tell them the advantages and encourage them to your best this can be done by.
* Communication is the first thing always be in contact with your psa's and be advising them and encouraging them this can be not only done by SFI but also with other social networks like Facebook, twitter, g mail, etc.
* Don't forget to remember that you got to make your psa have confidence on you do not make that confidence go out of him and always prove him that what you told is right and never let him down.

I hope that I can answer this question properly....
The way I set up my co-op to my downline is by giving them some kind of incentive to get pumped up to wanting to look forward their rewards after.
It takes a a lot of team efforts, team building and most importantly, you have to continue to check and communicate with your downline in order for you to succeed.
I know that some are real busy and may have no time spare to participate in your incentive but if you are creative with their awards, in the end they will stick around more and appreciate what you do for the team.
I hope this helps everyone out. just an idea that I thought will be much helpful to every team with SFI.

Your downline's participation on your co-op is based on;
1. Them understanding what Co-op on SFI is all about. Most affiliates on SFI don't participate on co-op simple because of lack of understanding about the SFI co-op scheme. Going the extra mile by educating your dwonline more about co-op on SFI could do the magic.
2. By reaching them via group mails and one communication,, throwing more light about your co-op and what they stand to gain.

I guess the good communication is the best way to draw your down line attention.I have a very good connection with my sponsor and my down line. I have lots of question to ask to my sponsor but most of the time my sponsor did not get back to me on a timely, then I will connect to my down line for help and support. It is really useful if you tried to communicate to both ways and get to know each other. So keep contacting your down line if your sponsor is not always there for you.
The other way is to let your down line support to know what you're up to and you need there support to your co-op as well. That is why we all have to support each other, I do not mind to help out if I can but yeah communication is the best way to solve this problem.

First off when setting up a co-op ensure each and every affiliate and in your down line is included in a teammail to ensure they know that you've set up a co-op.
Make it fun to visit your site and place small awards for visiting your page.
Add tips and suggestions for when they want to start their own site. Make a section where they can advised you for improving your co-op
Contact your down line by all means possible. (Leadership page, Team Mail, daily stream posts, etc). Let them know the benefits of joining into your co-op. Remind them of the importance of gaining new PSAs to their business. Hopefully those that are able to participate will. (Money restraints may keep some of the willing unable to participate but co-ops can be a great reward for your team!)
